Often times it will take a photo of the front of the check & then go right back to sign in. At times I try 20 times before it actually works. When it does work for check deposits it's a miracle!!! Transfer from one account to another is very simple. Once again I tried using this app & had to go through the steps about 10 times before it actually worked! It takes me almost 1/2 an hour to get to Zeal Credit Union, otherwise I'd just drive there. I may switch to Vibe, it's a few blocks away!

The app is easy to use..i give it only 3 stars cause you make a person wait 3 days!!! To recieve thier check deposit..it suppose to be a convience and perk..but it not..cause its easier to just drive to a branch.even the atm give you some of your money and only hold part. And!! The app wull shiw money in your account tjat you really dont have..sometimes after several deposits..i lose track..so i over spend and get several overdraft fees(sounds like a bank tactic to get money)

I love the app, only thing I would like to see improved is the 2-3 day wait when you cash your check by picture. Other credit unions and banks offer the same service with a hour wait time before access to the money. Why do the people at zeal make us wait 2-3 days before we can get to our money.
