The IKAWA Sample Roaster will automatically adjust heat and airflow to match your roast profile. This means consistency between your roasts and everyone else on the team, over and over again.

Design and edit road profiles with up to 20 temperature points and 10 fan points, then repeat roast or fine tune your roast profiles. Edit profiles for the Exhaust Temperature Sensor, Inlet Sensor (PRO V3 only) and airflow with up to 20 control points on each line.

IKAWA Sample Roaster profiles are shareable, and you can access our global roast profile library or share your own with your colleagues.

• We are starting 2021 with a few improvements to the app. Updates include displaying the roaster type in the status bar and roast log, a change to the DTR counter (now you can tap it to change to a Development Time counter), speed improvements, and a new firmware which, among other things, includes a one-touch blowover setting.
