I opened the app to find someone else's lights and air-conditioning and my things gone, so I deleted all my devices, trying to add RM Pro and it gets as far as connecting to my router but never gets added in the app. I made certain it was gone from e-control, unplugged the RM Pro and uninstalled e-control before adding in ihc for eu. Only e-control works. I tried old backups of the ihc eu app, none work.

With each update there is high probability to loose some functionalities that were there and working fine. After the last update is not possible anymore to create scenes with custom buttons . The previously configured scenes are working Ok but cannot create new ones. This is only one of the many examples of "today is working, tomorrow God knows". When do you plan to provide some stability and quality standard before anything else ?

RM Mini Plus 3 for use with Alexa: 1. You can't add all the codes nor the functions by adding the device from the database. For instance to select TV input, you'd have to press the button as many times as necesary depending on the current setting which is pretty useless for creating routines. 2. You can actually "teach" the remote control the commands you need by downloading other, more complete apps, finding the commands you need and pointing your phone at the remote. 3. There's a backup service, but it does not backup the commands that you fastidiously added manually..So what's even the point? 4. What you could do after adding the commands is create scenes that used them, that you could sync from Alexa and combine with other commands. 5. The latest version of the app has eliminated the possibility of creating a scene using the custom commands. I've had to downgrade the app from an untrusty source so I could redo the commands. Huge betrayal of their customers taking away the main reason you'd want to buy this device in the first place; seems to me that it should be illegal. Great possibilites ruined by crappy, hacky software and unexplainable decissions. Do not use/buy.

Currently seems very patchy. Examples, constant network error and timeout messages (when everything else on the tablet is fine). Problems learning buttons on a remote, for example, setting up a 'lamp' it will learn the 'on' button but then fail to learn the 'off' button no matter how many times an attempt to relearn is made, Devices successfully learned will not work a few minutes later and so on....

I have had this RM PRO + device for some months and have constantly battled to get it to work with Alexa. I have reset, rebooted, renamed, setup new accounts in fact I now can think of only complaining to the provider as an option to get this to work as advertised. Please reach out and respond, what is going wrong Alexa always states that there is a problem and I need to check my network, (everything else by a multitude of other providers and devices work with virtually no problem, but this#$#@$)

App is really good, however still prefer the US version, as when a new scene is created you can go into the Google home app and swipe down to refresh your scenes. Whereas with this one you have to unlink and re-link your account which results in corruption of Google home linking. Tried troubleshooting with Google's third line support and it's believed the issue is related specifically to the broadlink app. If this could be fixed please :)

What a waste of time and money. The only thing I can control with voice is the TV and not completely. although it learns all the remotes fine it depends on alexa skills. I though alexa would control the app and so everything learned by it but it doesn't go like that. Check if your appliances have a alexa skill first or jt is just a universal remote.

Still trying to get past the log in stage since everytime i input my email and click "send verification code" button the app tells me i have a network error. The problem may relate to the age of my android version but i doubt it and im not going to buy a new tablet for this. 2 stars for the device and concept. 0 for the software that makes it all work

Ever since installed it is showing up a pop-up saying "Unfortunately, ihc has stopped" I reported this several times and I am considering returning back my Broadlink RM Pro + because I am not satisfied with its android gui interface. Also, when adding a UserDefine remote, there is lack of buttons from which to choose, the numbers 0 to 9 are missing and there is just one button named "123", and the layout of the buttons is not configurable. The Daikin air-conditioners selection is very limited too

This app can't see my RM MINI 3. In e-link app everything works fine. But this app cannot see universal remote. It asks me to reset device. I done it few times and it doesn't appears in my devices. Who the hell needs 2 apps to control a single device? In what universe u need soany permissions to run a simple app? This is the worst app experience that I have ever experienced in my life.
