What the hell is that neither your app nor your website is working, I don't understand on what basis NAAC gives IGNOU A++ ratings. It's disgusting to visit on this app. Enrollment No. is not found even admission is confirmed, In case of login(when USERNAME and PASSWORD forgot) OTP is not receiving on e-mail to recover that. Can't even check the status of study material and download Student ID Card. It's been years, stop using COVID as a reason of your failures & please improve ur infrastructure.

Easy to use. Sometimes doesn't work cause of server issue, I guess. But overall, I think every IGNOU student must install it to keep an eye on the status of their study materials, grades, etc.

None of the links work. The menu page is not accessible on opening the app. You need to type wrong credentials while logging in, only then the menu appears, but it is of no use. This app is causing a huge inconvenience for the current students as the 2021 session is already underway. Please fix the links soon so that we can access the contents online during the pandemic.

Not able to login with enrollment no. It shows register regional centre. 2 months were gone to admission but am unable to login in app by using enrollment no pls resolve this issue .

I tried to login with my enrollment number and programme details, but theyre showing that the enrollment number doesnt exist..! And most of the options dont even work.

The application must needed an upgradation and also the updates of student database timely so that the student can access all their details and they don't have to face any inconveniences.

Admission confirmed 10 days ago still can't find my course or enrollment number. Neither the new web student portal works or app. The website atleast have the enrolled course i.e. MSCIS, can't find study material, enrollment number doesn't work, and most importantly no respond even after sending them emails or calling. I suppose I did a mistake by taking admission here. I enrolled because of there syllabus which is great, but lack of ability to update the website and app is really frustrating.
