Lmao. Can't sign in on website if you've used sign in with Google on the app. 🤦♂️ I see nothing but good things in online reviews. Will keep trying, but sharing certain files is a pain.

Doesn't upload all Images and videos from my phone. Can't delete an image without entering your password. Not the best.

App hasn't backed up since June. Reinstalling it fixes it temporarily but this should all be automated and fail proof

Top rated cloud backup, difficult to figure out. It doesn't work like Dropbox; it uploads full paths so you may be clicking thru multiple folders to access your content. And apparently if I backup from my laptop, I can't download to my phone. Also can't play video files. These are my top concerns, but not all. I just don't get it.

I use iDrive to back up my PCs and piggybacked my mobile devices on the same plan. I have never had a problem with the automated backups of Android devices. I also use the app frequently to restore files from a PC to my phone when I need a copy of a file and don't have laptop with me. The UI is a bit awkward but being able to do this a huge advantage.

First of all, the UI is ugly. Uploading is very difficult. After making sure that this app is allowed to run the background, it doesn't upload unless the screen is on and the app is on top. If I have the app uploading files but switch to another app, it stops uploading. I literally have to watch it upload and not do anything else. What a terrible app.

Positive: easy to make a backup and use (pc and Android). Negative: 1. Apparently can't auto sync between my external hard drive and cloud. 2. Can't move files from one directory to another. 3. Can't edit file names. 4. Sharing folders or files does not work - can see the files, not download. Conclusion: if you just want online storage, app does the job. You want additional options, look elsewhere. Update 9 Sept '21: service stopped working on Android & pc. Can't access my files.

Never take for granted that this application works with no problem for any length of time. In addition to the long-standing error of 1 music file not being backed up, now it's saying that one file wasn't. In both situations, I can't find any rejected file or music file. What? another supposed backend problem yet again? I need another cloud backup service that's more reliable. To be frank, that may be any one.
