Will update to a 5 if this is fixed. Right now I am trying out the free version before paying, but I am about to delete the app because it keeps running even after I shut it down. I see others have combined about this issue and developers have updated to "fix bugs", this issue doesn't seem like it is one they have tackled yet. I have to go into settings and hit Force Stop, I guess. I love these kind of tracks and if this issue is resolved I will definitely try the paid version!

I love the app I've been using it for about a year now, it saves space on purchased tracks and is organized well. I like going to a dedicated app and the app is clean (no ads) The ability to create custom playlists is great. If you haven't tried iAwake there are free tracks and there's a "track of the week" you can try. Personally I love that these are purchases and not subscriptions. Subscriptions stress me out and I don't want to be dependent on them for this kind of practice.

Cannot stop it running in the background and it drains my battery. Only way to stop it is to reboot my phone so I am uninstalling it. I do like the content though that's why the 3 stars not 1.

Originally gave it 3 to compromise, since the internal workings of the app itself were good while the android interface made it semi unusable, but still worth the trouble. With the latest update the app is now so buggy it's gone from semi unusable to nearly useless. It still plays the tracks, but almost nothing beyond that without locking up completely, so I'm going to have to downgrade to 1 star, sadly. Love iAwake and always will, but for now the app's a sour disappointment...

I love this app! Downloading iAwake audio tracks and playing through my audio player was such a chore. This app eliminates all that. It connected right to my iAwake purchases and everything was available for streaming or download. I also appreciate having some documentation for the technology in the app. Great job!
