Solid foundation but long way to go. I'm just used to n26 services and holvi is just not on par yet. Can't change my phone number without running into unclear errors which is frustrating. Only phone number as verification which is difficult because I travel and change sim cards all the time (e resident!) . Combine this with the first point and it makes it so frustrating to use the service. Keep getting same notifications of incoming transactions over and over again. However, support is good imo

The app itself works fine for what it does, no problem. However, the application seemingly randomly causes a vibration notification to go off even when it's not open, and there is no visual notification. These are tied to someone else who has access to the account to doing actions on the account, so this can happen also at inconvenient times e.g. middle of the night, waking me up. I spent a good amount of effort to figure out which application it was that does these vibrate alerts, until Samsung's "Nice Catch" app showed the culprit. The annoying part is that I cannot even uninstall the app, as using the Holvi account is impossible without the app (required for login), except by going through the verification process every time. There is also no way to make the app not do vibration with alerts (turn off all vibrations). This may be a server-side issue (not app) but nevertheless it's very annoying usability issue with the app. Holvi support has been contacted and information has been passed the above information.

Very good mobile banking app. The one thing I'd like to see added is the cashflow graphics they have in the browser version. Other than that, I can't think of anything it's lacking, and even that is kind of covered by the front page summary in the app.

Impossible to enter sms verification code,after second symbol application generates random symbols and tells you that code is wrong . You can't type in 4 required symbols. Looks like software is written by student, not good one .. website also seems made by amateurs, "open account " button not working at all .Or its not working only under linux?lol

The app is quite good. Initial loading is a little long, i.e. needs better caching. Some features are web-based. Recently, one is asked if one prefers biometric unlock before the fingerprint reader is enabled. It would be much better to ask that just once, as it's annoying.

my recent experience. was not good on my holvi account, I was charged for withdrawing my own money on the ATM. 2.5% of 3000 € after paying monthly use of € 3.57 and I am charged for ATM such high amount in Germany, already I am on top of the matter.

Handy but still ux could be better (like using existing bill as base for new, renewing bills cannot be reused,/paid if there was not enough saldo at the time of renew) and some features are missing like paying e-bills..
