I waited for the card to arrive for over one month's time, but I got it so that's okay. Recieving transfers is sometimes delayed which is irratating when they are urgent. I dont like that I can't top up by placing cash into my accont through ATM's. Other than that, everything seems to be going good and I am mostly okay with using this Bank. Could use a few upgrades.

I think it's a scam. Had a good run for a couple of months but have been expecting a paypal transfer for 15 days and it still hasn't arrived. I have messaged and emailed the support too many times and they have not bothered answering and finding a solution. My money never appeared to my account. Do not engage there are much better online banks. This could be a fraud.

I'm definitely not happy with the fact that you state a free contacless mastercard only to find out that it's maintenance is 1.4€ per month. I have doubts that any costumer will value the fact that you issue the card for free, as a whole the card is not free. The ATM withdrawals also have a minimum of 2.5€ and a 2% fee. There are more economic offers out there so until I can lend you my money without these costs I will not intend to go through with the identification process.

I've received the card but activation functionality dissapeared from my account before I was able to use it. I wrote to the support but have no answer for 3 full days already. It's awfully long.

It's the worst online banking app ever experienced. It is more than 10 days I sent money to my account but I didn't charged yet. They support team don't respond to me at all. Never waste your time and money

Cant login anymore. Endless loop of SMS and Email verfifications. Each and one of the succeeds, but I still cant access my account. This Situation is like that for at least two months.... Thats Realtime sad, Vialet was my Favorit IBAN-Acc. + Debit.....

It took a month to open an account. And after three years they sent a new KYC form with the request to explain your 'connection to Lithuania' and prove it. So if you have no 'connection to Lithuania', you'd better stay away from this service. Additionally, closing account costs 200 euro. 'But you are lucky today,' said the manager, when I asked to close my account (because I have no connection to Lithuania), 'and we will withdraw only 100 euro for closing'.

I think this Bank is a big scam. First for money to enter into your account the first of all put it on hold and never get back to you like never .. when u finally topup your account, for you to send out the put the money on suspend.. is been a month now I keep writing them and I get no reply from them. And we talking of 6000 euros In the account. This is a big scam I think this company should be reported. They will tell you contact support system. Lol support system will never get back to you.

Do keep in mind they have a 30k year limit for privat person. They will hold your money with no notification if you reach that limit, you won't be able to use the amount for long time(took ~2 months to get money back to original sender)
