App doesn't even open half the time. When it does, it doesn't display any relevant information. Regardless of the method to retrieve balance information (license plate number, Turkish ID number, etc.), the app says user information cannot be found.

While older versions had some resemblance of English interface, the latest are in Turkish only, thus comletely useless for foreign users. It's a shame in this day and age to not be able to check and top-up one's balance.

Maybe I'm wrong (I don't speak Turkish) but version 5 removes the function to query the balance for a license plate.

We are almost 2022 and your app doesn't support English. Also I have a trouble signing in to my account, I have to try over 20 times to sign in successfully.

Can only query balance. I am a foreigner and it will not process my balance top up using my Visa credit card. Their website has the same problem. I have checked with my credit card company and they are not blocking the payment. I have checked with verified by visa and they also confirmed no problem. The issue is either with PTT not accepting foreign credit cards or it is a software issue. Very inconvenient.

Not for foreigners. If you are driving your car in Turkey...don't. Go to Greece! The app is only in turkish language and you need to go and pay your fees to ptt (post offices). The problem is that nobody speaks English and is almost impossible to pay, even with the help of Google translate. In the mean time whatever fees you have accumulated are getting bigger because they apply interest. You will pay eventually when you will leave the country, at the border office. Welcome to Turkey! :))))

The app doesn't allow top up. Returns some error. At least can see current balance. After reading lots of comments I couldn't beleave that in whole Turkey there is no single programmer who can implement online payment. It's a shame..

Payment with foreign cards do not work. APP crashes anyhow. Got two stars just because you can see your HGS credit, but that is all that is working in this app. Same as all Turkish 'e' app - USELESS.
