One problem after another. Took forever to sync up to the digital scales. I tried to upload a motivational picture, but it won't upload any. The weight chart is poorly implemented, puts all the weights on the date, doesn't matter what time it is, they are all on top of each other. The meal database has very few of the meals I get, a few Slim-Fast, but none the freshly fit meals I got so far. I have a fitbit coming, can't wait to see how they messed that interface up.

The database for recording your food is filled with processed products but for the most part doesn't tell you the manufacturer. Calories for these products are usually inaccurate. Pictures of food are laughable. The app itself is difficult to use as it doesn't remember products you've entered before except in the past meals which assumes you are having the same exact meal every time. My insurance company has partnered with Brook to monitor my fitness. Thats the only reason I am using this app.

There needed to be more planning when creating this app. You can not add your own food. There is limited food choices. Sorry, but there appeared to have been little thought in making this member friendly. Kind of like, someone decided to jump on the food log bandwagon and threw something together. When it gets better, I will update my rating and comments.

Mediocre list of foods for calorie count. Menus are not appealing - except for snacks and there are few of them (12 per meal or so.) Coach is not particularly helpful, repeats herself and only suggests reading articles from 2014 Healthline. "Lecturer" could not have a more boring presentation style.

I love that this app shows and therefore makes me accountable for my food choices;showing the calories & then the breakdown of carbs, fats, & protein. There are some healthy alternatives provided and the coaches try to get you involved and enthusiastic. They have some great suggestions as well. It also connects to several devices to help me track weight, steps, and activities. And helpful insight on their videos!

This is the 2nd time i've tried to use this hortible app. Previously it would not accept my ID No. Now When I enter my information it goes into an endless loop of accepting the T&C and registering my email address. I have no idea if the app is any good but im not going to try any more. Its a total waste of time

Needs a lot of work. Not as accurate as others I've used. Can only use their data base for food. Assumes you eat all processed foods. Syncing with Google fit steps is inaccurate. If they want this to last they better step it up.Tech team are friendly and trying to improve it..

Awful application. You can't change amounts once you log a food, you can't carry over individual items from a previous meal, entering your meal by speaking doesn't work, and every time I enter an amount in tablespoons the app changes it into cups. Who eats 3 cups of salad dressing? Very poor QC in development.

So far it's been ok. I have been doing another program for a few years (think W...) and I find it far more intuitive. I will admit getting bored with that so when my doctor narced me out to my insurance company I felt obligated to do this program. I feel, and it's not the apps fault, that it's a little big brotherish on my insurance companies part.

The calories appear to be fairly close. The step counter is not at all useful. 5000 steps becomes 7000, then 10,000. There also something wrong how it calculates average steps.
