I feel some features are yet to be improved in the app but the total experience that I am having from my coach I got from the app is too supportive in personalizing my plans.     App is clear and straight forward. It has one motive that is to make you fit in various ways. It includes almost all aspects of holistic health & fitness approach. I clearly am satisfied with it's qualities. The plans page has a lot of detailing done about what you will get in your plan after purchase, which is a good sign of transperancy and all the users have a direct access to app's head coach's personal phone number from the app by one click. That in my opinion is a commendable step.

The app is worth a shot. It has a full fledged easily readable multilingual based fitness knowledge system which educates a person rightly about thier goals. It also has a calorie tracker which tracks the food and calories have consumed for the day. The coach is also amazing and the best.

I first used the app for a whole week and understood all the basics about my fitness goal by thier free fitness knowledge guide.     Well designed and really beautiful fitness app. I feel motivated by watching the app's color schemes while browsing through different sections of the app. it creates a positive thought atmosphere in the user's mind. Also it serves multiple purposes by making a user inculcate healthy habits from different health features it includes and adding challenging mind training games to add that bit edge of fun to fitness. This is my personal opinion and maybe different for everyone.
