The app doesn't work on a Samsung 10 Note plus. It just keeps saying 'loading please wait' but it never loads. Please fix this error so I can use this App. Do you even have a team acknowledging messages and passing onto your dev team to fix! I joined this month and can't even use the App! Please do something about it. Your members deserve good service which includesa fully functional App. Thanks.

Logged in successfully the first time. Opened up a different app and then went back to HCF and it says it was logging me out. Have quit the app and opened it up again, and it just keeps coming up with an error message "access denied". Looking at the reviews and the only response from HCF team is that the current app version is incompatible with some Samsung devices but there is no proposed resolution or even an indication that it will eventually work.

FYI, same "basic" app opening fault continues. Samsung S20+, log-in process freezes - Loading, please wait. What do your APP developers do all day?, or maybe hcf should withdraw the app until you have functioning software that customers can actually use. Thanks.

The app is very unstable. (1) It kept crashing on me when I tried to make a claim. (2) loading the photo library always took a long time - about a minute. (3) it says there are 4 steps to make a claim but I only encountered two steps - loading the photo and confirming the terms.

Simply didn't work. Just blank, white screen. First time user of the app. Better stick with the Web link, don't use the app.

App has very slow responsiveness when adding an image to lodge a claim and agreeing to the T&C prior to submitting the claim. I wish I didnt have to use the app to lodge a claim. Not a good user experience at all.

Clearly they spent no more than $20 developing this app. Can't claim, update address details. You would be better of using a carrier pigeon or finding a fax machine or learning morse code than using this app slapped together by teenager who advertised on airtasker for a pack of winfield blues.

One of the most frustrating apps to use on my phone. Cant select or search different folders to upload a claim. Glad I dont have to use it often. Looks and runs like its been coded by 12 year olds practicing "Hello World".
