It is really convenient to book tickets from the app and everything. I just have one suggestion. I need to check my tickets often and I ticked the "remember me" box but I still need to spend time putting my code it only remembes the email. I would suggest either logging in straight ahead when choosing remember me" or a 4 digit safety code Which takes less time but still it's safe. Thank you.

it's a great app with nice features and without lags or noticeable bugs I would strongly suggest you to support offline mode so you can use the ticket pass files though the app without having to use data, which are not always on inside the train also the thing that you must re login every time you open the app is annoying, if it is necessary at least prompt the user to use his fingerprint or pin as the app starts so he does not have to click one more button to use it

Registration doesn't work. Gives error with registration, but when trying a second time, days email address already in use. Worse: Only allows ticket purchase for trains that have seat reservation. What's the point?? Useless, uninstalled.

I would have really used this to purchase tickets to train. We are living 2018 and this kind of app is useless where you cannot buy tickets to a train. In my home country you can get a ticket to train with an app. Uninstalled as useless.

Does not remember the password, so the user is required to enter the password every time. In addition, there is no option to search for or enter bookings manually. There is a lot of room for improvement, at the moment this is not a very practical app.

I am so glad that finally there is an app for trainose, it was about time. I just purchased my firsts tickets through the app and everything went well. I'll wait a while before giving it a 5-star.

Not flexible, not really practical. If you are not connected to the Internet you do not have access to your tickets. You can book tickets only for intercity trains I think. Surely you cannot book online tickets for all the destinations and type of trains. Everytime you have to log in, it doesn't remember your credentials. Slow.

You cant even book tickets from Volos to Larisa. What's the point of making an app when you can do the same thing on website? Check travel times and go to reception to get your ticket. Waiting on the line and facing rude staff. Cheers, Welocme to Greece 2020.

it does not show the waiting time between connections based on the website info the waiting time viries from minutes to hours however this info is not provided through the app!!! good luck to all tourists!!! ρε μπαγλαμαδες γιατι κανετε τις εφαρμογές για να ταλαιπωρείται ο κόσμος;; ντροπή σας!
