Please, please, please Holland & Barret, you need to improve your checkout on the app and the website. I had to try 9 times before it actually went through and to receive notice I was successful in placing my order! I have noticed others saying they have experienced the same issue in app reviews. Otherwise your app is excellent and easy to navigate.

It's a good app but the only frustrating thing is that it keeps logging me out of my account every so often. It would be better if it could just stay logged in like other loyalty apps.

I am extremely familiar with many different online purchases , using booth dedicated apps, and general browsers. My experience with the H&B one, is extreme frustration. It constantly logs me out, even whilst using it, then when I do manage to login again it's doubled all my basket quantities. Discount codes rarely apply correctly and just today the 'vegan' 10 or 20 percent (yes I've had both offered today) wouldn't work whichever was tried. Several other issues, but those are the main two..

App is not working most of the time. If I am lucky and the app does open at all, the payment doesn't go through, or it does bot show my nearest store where I usually pock up my order. I mean that only happened once. I keep refreshing it, and it's throwing me back to the payment site. Shame because I could get good deal by this app.

Not the smoothest online shopping experience, quite slow&doesn't seem to remember me or my card number which I have to keep re-entering when I checkout. Also when logging in it said too many attempts and I had to reset my password. I would like to be able to add items to my basket directly from my wishlist. Otherwise I do like the fact that you can search for key words like "wrinkles" or "memory" and it will give you a list of products for that.

Sadly I do not think this app is an improvement over the last version. The basket screen is very slow to add/remove and reload. Logging in took a fair while too. In general the app just needs to be sped up otherwise I will just go back to using the website.

The layout and design of the app is great. However, it is so mind-numbingly slow. To remove something from my basket took over a minute for each thing being removed. Super laggy, awful buffering time, really needs sorting out as it is almost unbearably slow. Definitely would rather go in-store next time.

Since the recent updates (new icon) I couldn't login Edited after seeing the reply from H&B on 30th July: I did email that email address on the 26th July. Was asked for my info (automatic response), and got no further reply since. Updated 10/8/2021: The customer team was trying to help. However, I reset the password on the app; I could login on the app, but the same password didn't work on the website. I then reset password on the website. The updated password worked on the website, but not on the app. Gave up and removed the app.

Unable to login. Had to get a new password as it didn't use the one saved to my Google Account for the website. Did all that and the app is just hanging after tapping 'login'. Edit: After 10 mins or so, I clicked on a link from an email and the second time of doing that, the app opened and I was logged in. On searching for 'Nairns', it looked like they didn't stock any Nairns products but I clicked to search anyway. It said '0 products', or similar, but then randomly found some after a while.
