I was premium member, they ban my ID, because I was using Google fit, then I contacted growfitter- their team members also accept the fact that I didn't do any fake steps. If growfitter has issues with Google fit then why should it collect data from Google fit? I think THIS APP IS FRAUD because when it comes to redeem 'premium rewards' they deactivated my account. They cant even take criticism of their apps. Today I tried contacting them, but I couldn't, they must have blocked my contacts too.

Not at all a good app. Activity time is not correct and it has happened for 5-6 days. Customer support is useless, it works very slow and even after that you don't get the desired result. Because if you need priority support you need to have the premium membership. Hate this app, its customer support which is meant only for premium members. Total useless app. DON'T INSTALL.

I have had the worst experience with this app. Everytime when I start for active day after 25 min suddenly activity get disappeared even when my I clicked power button already. And there is no reason of this. It's really disappointed to walk with the hope of completing active day and no results in end.

About to complete two months & still not received my Amazon voucher. No proper response. They asked me to give good reviews and share the screen shot I have done that too but not received voucher. Every time I ask for my voucher they say the same thing will update soon. I don't know what is there to update only thing is share voucher, Even yesterday they said they will update today for sure but since morning I haven't received any reply from them even after I messaged them.

Awesome app for fitness and rewards. Activities are simple and easy to achieve. Free health and fitness tutorials are beneficial to all. More rewards and activities should motivate the premium and non-premium members to be punctual in attaining their physical fitness.

This app has bugs, it will not sync and you will lose your goal. Don't buy subscription because they don't have refund policy, you will be stuck with paying membership for a year
