Most disappointing experience! No one used to pick up the phone earlier, most of the time. Now even the call isn't getting through. Also sent them mail and a reminder. Despite the lockdown other e-retailers are delivering or at least getting in touch with their customers. Not these guys. No delivery, no refund , no response!!!

Tried this online store for the first time and here's my experience- Despite placing the order one week before, it was delivered late by an hour. Approximately 400 Rs. difference in what we paid while placing the order and the total amount shown on the order upon its dispatch. Though I shared this concern, but got no answer. Lastly, wrong items were sent. And owing to all this, uninstalling the app and never placing an order again from them is what we learned.

Poor quality products are supplied, No option for complaint about the recieved products. Other grocery stores are much better than this. I don't recommend anyone to buy from grocio. I'm unhappy and bad experience with grocio .

Worst experience with Grocio...they have expired items in bulk. I got more than 50% items in every order I made. When I tried contacting grocio to tell about the expired items I received, they said..."we will replace the items" it's been 10 days, the items are still with me. I ordered again(my mistake obviously) so that when the delivery guy shows up, I'll send back the expired itms frm my previous ordr. But the "not so fun fact" is now I hv more exprd itms and no refund. Not picking up my call.

So far the experience with Grocio is really good. Always received very fresh vegetables and fruits with good packaging and service. The only thing that needs improvement is the application. You should enhance more features and improve the user experience in your future versions. Giving 4 stars for the quality and service. Keep it up.

They will hold back your refundable money in wallet section by canceling few of the items each time you order and you will feel trapped... Check any of my order. In each (3 to 4) order 1 or 2 items are canceled and instead of refunding, money is hold in wallet. To use wallet money need to order of min Rs. 599. Again same story... few items are cancelled and money hold back in wallet

Will ask for OTP while placing order but will reject it saying wrong OTP, customer care number is always busy, WhatsApp won't reply, sms goes unnoticed. Has good stick of everything but the app and customer care number is deplorable. Please get a proper developer and app. It's a request.

Worst experience with Grocio. Before delivery they modify the order in app without any notification. So user can't find what he ordered if not taken screen shot of his order after payment. They deliver expired products. After sending image of products on whatsapp, no response from his side. If they refund amount then it will in wallet not in customer payment card/bank/UPI. If they refund then that is partial amount not complete amount.

Very poor experience with Grocio. First of all their customer service is very bad. No body is bothered to attend customer complaint. Second, they don't send quantity as per the order. Like in our recent order we had ordered Ridged Gourd (Tori) Veggie 1Kg but they sent 500 grams only but charged us full money. In past orders too they do cheating in quantity. Disappointed.
