    After updating to the latest version my account was suspended for no reason. After appealing I was told it was not going to be reinstated, no reason was given. After several phone calls to the 'helpline' I finally found someone who knew what they were doing. Account unsuspended but still no idea why it was suspended in the first place. If there was a decent alternative in Cambodia I would gladly ditch Grab, but for now I am stuck with them.

    I have been using this app for more than a month already and so far it has been really helpful especially this ECQ. However, last Monday i was still able to use the app and order food from one of its merchants. Then yesterday, after the update i couldnt access my account anymore and told me that my account has been suspended. I dont even know why...

    The app keeps on saying my card is invalid although card details are correct and I'm using it for everyday transaction with others apps. Tried troubleshooting steps but the issue is on your end. This is supposed to be my first attempt to download the app but this is ridiculous and would not download this app again unless you fixed this bug.

    after the last update, i keep getting "insufficient amount" message when there is more than enough, and there is no oustanding with my paylater. by the time i close app, update (again), reboot, go back to grab app, i had to make do with a totally different delivery timing with a higher service fee. if it happens once, fine. it has happened 2 more times since i mailed your cso. you really have to look into this. it is very inconvenient.

    Horrible experience! Loaded grabpay but apparently I can't use it. Tried to transfer back to bank but the stupid verification can't get completed. Tried the video call verification. Long queue, once there is actually just one or two persons ahead of you, it would terminate the call and ask to tey again later! Been doing that for almost an hour! I've never been thos disappointed with an application. Shut this down!

    NOT FOR OLDER PHONES. Grab is a really good and useful app but i really strongly recommend anyone downloading this app to have an up to date phone!! Android kit kat or lower will not give you a good experience. The app always lags and slows down and freezes on my samsung mega 2. :(( Not saying the app is bad because it really works fine for modern smartphones BUT just to warn anyone with older models!!!

    THIS APP REALLY SUCKS! Why does it takes more than an hour before i can get a driver? Or worse I can't have one. It happened not just once or twice, it happened many times. But when i tried booking with one of my friend with the same app they can get driver right away. Ps. I just got a new phone so its not my device. Pps. I also tried reinstalling the app, but still sucks.

    A billion dollar superapp can not edit my home location and keep locating me somewhere down the street even I set home already (but can't change). After a few attempts to order food I gave up and uninstalled. Why can't it perform the very basic function of setting home? It is the most central trust place. Used for taxi, delivery, good, etc..     Mike and phone calls turn or remain on from time to time while user is unaware. Turn big brother's permissions off as much as possible. Its an app thats needed. This company ripped off an easy idea and has horrible service and promotions. Not talented creators; all business pirates. Most the time i get food they ask for change, fries disappear &cancelled orders.If there is wrong or missed items in the order expect the company not to respond. Company will penalize you for any trouble.

    for grab food. when im at home the default is not home but somewhere nearby. i know it's my fault that i haven't carefully check because it shows a house name (not address) but it is funny as my current location is at home but default location is 200m away. anyway i lost my money and dont think i can get it back. how stupid am i 🤦

    I am so disappointed with this app. I tried to log in my grab account on my new phone but sadly it doesnt work! I even have some money left in my grab wallet but it looks like I wont be able to use grab services especially at this time when I need it the most. So disappointing.

    The greatest issue was the restaurants in the app were always changing. When I put my screen on the process tracking page and prepared to place the order, my order failed to be processed and it showed the 'restaurant is unavailable' everytime I refreshed the page. This kept troubling me. And it was no use for the users to give feedbacks in app, no improvement at all! Please do respect your customers and make the improvements as well as your users are the one who pay for the service tax.

    I tried to top up using online banking for two days, but it says unsuccesfull. I tried for the card option, but it still says the same. I'm using BSN for topup in this app. Please fix for the online banking top up. I really like using this app to buy food. The delivery service is good. Only the payment is a problem for me. And I aleady updated this app but still its a no go top up for me. Thank you.

    To developer: I tried everything since 23/4. Have filled the Appeal Form, Help Centre, PM'ed on FB, reported to APAD, KPDNHEP, MCMC, no response at all from Grab, my account is still suspended. I only have 1 phone number and used the app on 1 device, yet Grab said I have multiple account.For some unknown reason I am unable to login due to abnormal activity. My only fault was updating the app (it was working fine in 1st week of MCO). I seldom use the app and yet they say I have multiple account!

    Imma uninstall this when it gets to 1GB. Like, i get that it offers a wide range of beneficial features, and i absolutely have no problem with that. I'm even thankful for it and i'm sure a lot of other users do as well. It's just that i believe you can improve this app's size and storage usage. Please do so so that i won't have to uninstall it

    The developers should stick with very narrow functionality. The app is riddled with bugs and the basic system is a failure. if you pinpoint your location on the map it will decide another location up to 200 m away no matter what you do. The driver can accept your order and then I'll give you an estimated time that is just meaningless and the driver can be late 20 30 or 40 minutes and you can do nothing about it.

    I've been using Grab for many years but recently it keeps locating me in a specific previous area where I was weeks/months ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled the apps then it gave the notification LOCATION NOT FOUND, so I adjusted the permission option in my Settings to allow Grab apps to use my GPS to locate my area, then it kept "searching for location" forevever with a blank screen. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the apps and rebooted my phone many times, but the problem remains.

    Why you guys are troubling us by asking to update it everytime whereas the new update doesn't bring up any differences. We can't use the app as if we don't update. In case of emergency travels how can we update it. We have to wait for so long some more to give it done update the system.     I personally think Grab should implement to all the grab drivers to have a thermo scan as they are part of the front liner during covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, all the drivers can check the temperature of all passengers before getting into the car. Safety is priority during this MCO moment and for those who refuse driver shouldn't take the passengers or for who do not have the thermo scan they should not allow to drive grab.

    I updated to the latest version 5.93 upward apparently Grab becomes so buggy, it causing lag and crash "unfortunately grab has stopped" everytime I tried to run the apps.... My problem is with the delivery feature especially nationwide delivery. I've tried the service three times with no luck.     Useful app but for a company that promote itself as a tech startup, the app is incredibly not intuitive. Should make food merchants commit to how long the preparation is going to take when they accept orders. Will avoid customers waiting for hours before the merchants cancel due to overwhelming orders.

    Ive been using this app but my delivery food just anyhow defaulted to a wrong address other than my registered home add. The driver didnt even bother to message me, knowing the wrong address (could be auto gps) has no unit number! Hope he enjoyed my food. I was charged without receiving my food. Bad bad services. Not gonna use food delivery app again unless ive been refunded. Beware of this trap

    It would be better that the amount the we cashed-in with our credit cards will be transferrable to another grabpay wallet. I understand the security that you are trying to imply, but it would be more unsecure if we let the members of our family have access to my credit card just so I can help them avail your services. You can retain the amount not being sent to banks. I just hope you allow us to transfer to another grabpay wallet.

    The app suddenly reviewed my payment profile. Suddenly unable to add my card for payment on the app. They asked me to talk to the issuing bank however they have changed all payment to non 3D secure hence my bank keeps rejecting the transaction.

    Address issues. Can't pin the exact location or sometimes the address you want to put is not showing and drivers cancel because they aren't allowed to go outside the pinned location. That sucks because it was your system's inefficiency. The pabili express service is not efficient and suitable for the pabili needs of people esp in this crisis. You don't have option to put addtl drop off for other essentials that is found in another place/store. You also don't have wait time fee unlike lalamove.

    Too much distractions. I already turn off "offer from grab" in notifications setting. Still, everyday got disturbed by things like "buy meat poultry, bla, bla, bla." I only want to know any stuff by Grab only when i open the app. Is there any notification setting i need to turn off too such as "updates"?

    I find it quite funny that the options listed on the app are not usable. Just because of that I wasn't able to use the app to order my food deliveries. If you were to tell me that the option is unavailable at the shop itself is pretty impossible as I am sure that I can order as how I wanted to but was not able to due to your buggy app. Hence, why I turned to food panda

    I got an offer to subscribe to a grab-food subscription plan when I tried to buy some food. So I tried to subscribe to a food package but it was rejected with "you are not eligible for this subscription plan". If I'm not eligible to subscribe to the plan, why recommend it to me in the first place? Not sure this is intended or a bug. Staying 1* until the issue is solved.

    This app is so hard to use. I singed up and all but the only available option in home menu is hotels and bills. I want to order a food but I can't see any selection.

    Cashed in yet I have no way of using it. Now, I have no way of using it. Can't pay bills since my internet, electric and water company is not on the list. Can't use it for Grabfood. Can't use it for Grabcar since it is currently ECQ. No way of transferring it back to my account unless I have to wait for my account to be verified.

    The problem is the apps keeps lagging whenever I tried to open it. Even for when I want to rate the rider. My phone will get hot before I arrive at my destination. For an older phone, it will took too long for my phone just to open the apps and it affect my phone performance also. There's too much going on in just one app. Can you just stick to one thing which is transport only and separate the other things on another apps? I wouldn't put any star if I can because this app keeps getting worst.

    Hope we, online sellers, manage to get a tracking url as we book so we can send it to our recipients. For multiple bookings, hoping grab automatically computes how much a recipient can pay depending on their location. 'Cause right now I think the pricing just adds. But if these are already implemented in Grab system's , hope I can get an update 😃 thanks Grab!

    I want to open a food merchant on Grab but...something not right because I already signed 2 times and gived document 2 times too but never approved...I got an email from someone in grabfood office again and again, they said that I have uncompleted document, they said that I have to re registred again it's happen two that approval needed money to do that? How absurb because I want to get money by joint grab merchant but I must gettin out money to di that.

    How come my Grab app was suspended? I was trying to open my grab app to order food when the notification popped up telling to input the #, when I tried then it said my account was suspended. And why? I was just about to order on grab food. Is there something wrong with Grab today?

    On the rare occasion it works it's great, but like I said thats rare. That's because most of the time it freezes or crashes ,strangely never during surge times though. It tells you a driver is there when they are no where in sight, it lacks basic features you come to appreciate on Lyft or Uber. Like what color the car coming to get you is for example. Not being from Asia many of the models are unknown to me so the color would at least be somewhat helpful. Its like it was coded by children.

    The latest update version 5.92 has a critical bug, which made me can't order grabfood at all. When i want to click the grabfood, it will delay for 3 seconds and then suddenly the app forced close and restarting to the home screen. My Android version is 6.0 with Redmi Note 4X also with RAM 4GB. The previous version of is much better because the GrabFood just has some lag but still working. I hope Grab developer team can solve this bug as soon as possible so i can give back my 5 star. Thanks

    Hi, I dont really dislike it. I just have one concern regarding my grabpay. It was new years eve, and it was so hard for us to get booking. I preferred to pay in cash because I have no balance on my Grabpay(Personal Bank Acct.). After hours of waiting I finally got a driver! But the payment option changed from cash to visa. And theres no way to change it, I dont want to cancel it cause as Ive mentioned it was very hard to get one. Now my card is blocked. And I want to fix this! I dont know how?

    After updating to the newest version (5.86), my home address from the saved address tab is gone. But when I wanted to add it again to the saved address, they said I already got that place added to my Saved Address. My housing complex is now gone. The map from Google is not updated / implemented to Grab's map. I pick a street on Kemang, South Jakarta but they said it's from Kalibata Tengah, South Jakarta. What a shame
