    The app doesn't display pictures properly, so I mostly see blank placeholders. When highlighted, your support team insists that I need to provide TWO(!) screen recordings as proof that my connection is not the problem. First off, buddy, that's really inconvenient. Second, my connection works for everything except your app, so why do I need to prove anything? If your tech team is unable to solve my problem and suggest asinine solutions, well, bless them. Here's a 1 star review for your trouble.

    apk Okay for rides, but the lunch time food delivery is pretty terrible. Never know if I'm going to get food. I try to order earlier each time and still waste 15 to 20 minutes waiting for drivers just to end up having to eat out somewhere else.

    I used grab for 2 years in Bangkok with no issues. I returned to Bangkok in Feb and got a new Thai number so I made a new account with that number and but my credit card would not work because it was linked to my old account. I contacted customer service and we got the new account working. Then 2 days later my account was suspended for no reason and apparently the cause is because I had 2 accounts. The customer service cannot do anything and their reply to my appeal provided no solutions.

    I love grab! It is super convenient. I like the app better than food panda. Food panda doesn't show clear photos of what the food is. It is very annoying. Grab overall gives me a better experience of buying what I want.

    The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Three times now they just try to get me off the phone and then never follow up. They offer no way to talk to a supervisor or return with the same CSP, and they clearly never added any notes to my ticket. I am a project manager for web apps, so I know how to troubleshoot problems and solve them. If there is an actual problem in the app or your account, they can't help you. They just tell you to reinstall over and over and try to get rid of you.

    Most times the app is fantastic. Twice they have misinterpreted where I am, which made me look like a-no-show. Other than that drivers are expert navigators and I feel very safe at a reasonable rate. FYI: I AM 71 years young riding on the back of a motorcycle.😂

    Had the worst experience using this app to order food. Grab allows the rider to handle multiple orders at the same time. So it is normal to get your food late and super COLD.

    We have ordered our Dinner and late snacks in Mc Donald via Grab. It's the third day of ECQ and there is Curfew at 6 pm. The delivery staff did a good job by delivering the food fast as possible and Mc Donald's staff for providing the meal quickly as well. We received a hot meal that has an amazing value for money as well as it taste good. Thank you so much.

    Poor payment options, can never get mocha to work and they offer no digital payment alternatives. I used to be a platinum member when my payments synced and I stopped using them over a year ago when it started asking me for a picture of my passport at odd times like midnight in an alley. Didn't feel safe so stopped using this app when it would leave me stranded at night.

    Worst company and apps ever. I am only customer and was suspended because login with another device. Only need 1 incident and you account will lost forever including your topup money. 2 appeal was rejected, no more phone line customer service, went to area customer service only got solution to change phone number or change smartphone, what a mess. Better used Indonesian apps "Gojek" more reliable and rational company.

    GrabMart UX needs to improve. Help us shop for the cheapest products as quickly as possible. PRICE: Every GrabMart store should have a Sort by Price filter (low to high & high to low). This is standard in almost all online shopping UX, why haven't you implented it? SPEED: Selecting a result from GrabMart search should lead instantly to the specific item, instead of making the app scroll to the item within the store (which causes a long wait with larger stores). Please make these changes. Thanks!

    Grab app is good up until the point you try to load your account and use it. No one will accept the booking if you don't pay cash mostly because Philippines is a poor country is my guess. Should do awaywith the cashless option. So a driver can accept then cancel with no notification and you sitting there 30 minutes and check your phone to see they cancelled. App is broken have to uninstall and and reinstall every use

    I get drivers that accept the grab food then after 30 min cancel my order . I also loose the promo when I have to order again. Sometimes the order gets canceled 3 times. Even being 2 hours after I start I appreciate the app but why should I loose the promo if the driver cancels and I reorder. Also if the driver cancels why can't I give stars for a review? Hes wasted 30 min of my time...

    I was able to use this app just fine 5 times before it stopped working. My Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card did not block any transactions, it's just the app is the issue. I get messages like, "We couldn't add your card. Please ensure that all the card details you entered are correct." This never happened before. I am from America, but I was purchasing food in Indonesia at a multiple cities. My card approved that I was allowed to spend the money, but the app doesn't let me anymore.

    Food delivery is so unreliable. I only ever try to use this app when what I want isn't a available on Deliveroo. Half the time I have to wait 20 minutes just for it to tell me they couldn't find a driver and ask if I want to cancel. I literally have never had something like this happen with Deliveroo, but it is so frequent with Grab. 3 month update: Still the same issues. I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. It's so painful. Just wasted an hour hoping I would get food and failed.

    Good generally but its a major flaw that I wait for 20 minutes and have to cancel because the driver isnt moving or is going the wrong direction, and the app punishes me for canceling and makes me get farther away drivers on the next ride, so because I dont want to be late for work, Grab makes me later for work.

    Easy to use, straightforward. Not giving five stars since its a bit tricky when i want to reorder the same order (meaning it doesnt really work when i want to do that so i have to manually remake the order if i want the same) Apart from that customer service is pretty good at responding to issues with drivers and the like.

    Good if you can link your credit card to it. Otherwise, use PassApp because it has better rates for cash. (I have tried 6 cards from USA, UK, HK unsuccessfully.) Grab tech support said there is no problem. Contact bank for OTP SMS. Bank said there is no OTP SMS request.

    It took me 45 minutes to get a Grab ride. 1st driver had a flat 2nd driver canceled 3rd driver drove past the condo and I had to walk to him. And each of the drivers were already in the middle of other fares to which I had to wait. Never have I had such bad luck with Grab.

    This app is no longer convenient for me. I had to wait for 15 minutes long for a driver to arrive. Why don't I get assigned with closer driver? Is it because that 1 or 2 times that I cancel my ride? What about the other thousand rides? During peak hour the price doesn't make sense at all. I am charged for RM12.35 when usually my ride is only RM5.35 and I have to wait for 15 minutes for this expensive ride?? You doubled the price then you doubled the time?? Wow you must be filthy rich then!

    You need to do something about the payment and refund system for grab-food. When using the credit card the app says the amount is just on hold, but actually it's charged as soon as I made the order. And then when YOU dont have a driver and the order is canceled, it can takes up to 45 days before the money is refunded back. Why should I lend my money to you when your service is not working? This can't even be legal. You own me quite some money at the moment.

    I use this for grabfood... Prices shown qre slightly higher than they would if you would buy it in store. Service/delivery: never had problems. When there is an item that isnt available, rider normally calls. Prices are automatically adjusted when things are changed or cancelled. No need to double think being scammed on cashless transactions. Fast service. Most of the time riders dont make another transaction unless they finish urs. Interactivity. Can chat riders. Can tip riders.

    This app is like a gamble now to order foods, no rider will actually accept your order which make your order slow as hell. And in some cases, my order was cancelled because no riders. Price wise, it's getting more expensive too. Used to be very good, and I'm a platinum Grab user, but the experience I getting now is suck. I logged a case in Help Centre and no reply either.

    I appreciate the service Grab has been offering. They have all been helpful especially during the lockdown and quarantine implementations. However, despite of several updates I still have to reinstall the app so I could choose the option to log-in via google account since mobile signal is very impossible to where I reside and log-in via mobile is impossible. Also, the fingerprint authentication does not work at all, it still asks for the PIN/ password even set-up has been made several times.

    My experience with grab food has been terrible recently. Twice my order got cancelled after waiting for 30 minutes due to shortage of drivers. No compensation for the time wasted. It's extremely frustrating when you only have 1 hour lunch hour but time got wasted because Grab being incompetent. If you can't handle large volume of orders then please shut down your app. This is totally irresponsible and unprofessional

    From bad to worse, so many discount, promo, etc., but none can be used. Does not fit to the ad! Never trust "Grab" for whatever reason! And the worse is, I never knew that if I rarely used this app could lead to my account being suspended for whatever their ****in reason is.. I NEVER canceled my booking for ride or food or whatever! And I NEVER used grab for anything weird.. only using it to order food and NEVER cancelling it.. and now my account is being suspended??? I would rate -9999 if can

    Grab always auto update to version 5.143.201 on my Honor 8X (after uninstall and reinstall), and I lost my "saved places", and the map has incorrect address for my house/location. I tried Grab app on Samsung and Oppo and it seems to stay on version 5.143.0 and the map is showing correct address, so for whatever reason, it is not working on my Honor 8x phone.

    Overall the experience is good. However, there is no permission to cancel food order if there is no driver accepting order. Food delivery via car drivers are very slow. Sometimes difficult to get a ride, but not a big deal yet. So hard to get in touch with their customer service, have to click so many options before I can reach the support.

    Hi , i dont think this is a students friendly app. Just imagine the minimum topup value is RM50 .. like what the hell? some of us can't afford it and we just use grab for booking the car which costs less than 10 ringgit . Plus, we rarely use this app, so what to do with the remaining money in this account?!! Pls change the minimum topup amount. It is ridiculous.

    Update: Grab app seems to always got location wrong. And keying in address will always result in the app autofilling the WRONG ADDRESS! Grab Car price no longer as cheap as before. Rewards not attractive. And no option to top up Wallet for Rm5 or Rm10. RM20 minimum is too big amount for someone who only occasionally use grab. Greedy Grab, they want to hold our money first.

    The app is getting ridiculous. The driver will accept and after waiting for 5 minutes and the driver obviously is not moving, you have to pay a cancellation fee to cancel. If you are taking a while to come, at least have the decency to send people a message or just cancel. Why are the drivers accepting just to sit on the booking? Not the first time already. Happening more often recently.

    Used to be really good. Nowadays (March 2021 onwards), every time I order food, it feels like a gamble as there's 50% chance there won't be any rider / driver to send you the food . And you can't cancel your order, and you are kept hanging not knowing whether your food will come or not. At times, the rider will cancel on you. So, it becomes really difficult to estimate or have confidence in ordering, even during non-peak hours in city area. This has happened many times to me in March and today.

    An update on my previous review. Aside from wrong food orders and unreasonable cancellation penalty fees, the compensation system for wrong food orders is also atrocious. Same things remained in my basket, so I wanted to place the order 2nd time. But the delivery fee changed to higher price, so I gave up.     I recently topped up my wallet and the amount was deducted in my bank account but the amount isn't reflected in my Grab Wallet.     Can I give 0 star? I've been messaging grab why was my card was charged for my grab booking that didn't push through? It was not cancelled since there was no driver around that time in BGC. I emailed your support and keeps giving what I can see on the FAQ. This happened last Dec and after that, I never book grab car again. I'm afraid my card will be charge by just looking for driver in the area, not cancelled, not completed. All I have is proof of my card being deducted.

    I would like to suggest to put an amount limit for allowed COD transactions to avoid fake booking. Like for example, orders above Php 1000 should already require cashless payment method. You can also add another restriction that the user must be fully verified (has submitted valid ID and selfie photo) before he can proceed with bulk orders. But I hope you could add a feature that can stop the fake booking. No food, no delivery, card charged and now possible way of contacting either the Grab or the driver. Everything all gone. First order was around 2,800 and my second was 860. All gone.     Grab food missing item. Didn't bother checking the packed items when driver delivered the goods due to minimizing exposure (pandemic related).     I use this app a lot especially for ordering food because they have lots of vouchers and promo but the only thing i would like them to improve is that when we pay using ovo and it turns out our balance was short by a small amount (Rp 1000 / 2000 etc) we dont have the option to pay the additional amount by cash/ovo points.     It does not let me file a complaint when a spoon or fork is missing, when a missing condiment is missing (paid extra) and most of all when the gravy is not included in the order (Jollibee) This has happened many times and the complaint service is not really helping.     For Grabfood it was quite efficient till about a month or so. Started getting orders cancelled for ridiculous reasons, especially from Secret Recipe. Not using it as much anymore. Uber app is more user friendly for senior citizen and hardly had to repeat a trip booking, you can track the drivers better and time to confirm trips are much better. Grab ask to try again later after making you wait for confirmation. Even the ex Uber drivers now driving for Grab admitted that Uber app is better.

    Face recognition system is terrible. I was in an emergency and needed for a ride. It was raining and the available commutes nearby is at least 1.5km away. So i called grab and then the dumbest thing happened. The selfie request popped out. I did for at least 30 times in front of a busy street. Nodding, sticking my phone up to my face, I tried all sorts of selfie angles, just to get past the damn request and get my ride. Thanks for shame as extra gifts. You did well grab.

    Grab app new version not allow us to change adress manually when place an order by grab express, thus the map is inaccurate. We keep found angry drivers who complain about wrong addresses, although we always place the address that is accurate according to google maps. Already contacting grab's customer service but they also cannot do anything about it. One star until grab's gps/maps are accurate!

There were no grab drivers registering on the map UI on 2 different places where I tried to book (UP-Ayalaland Technohub and SM North EDSA). I tried re-logging in, re-installing -- nothing worked.     Like the app but there might be an issue. If I don't rate the last food order before making the next one, the rating page pops up when I press Order. After rating it goes 2 the dashboard making me think it's successful and being processed. But later I check & the order was cleared and never sent. Happened thrice recently where I had to make the order again & I'm wondering if not rating would fix the issue. If so, Grab would be disincentivising ratings. 1⭐ so they notice this issue otherwise 5⭐.

    The multiple login tends to create multiple accounts. I think my account is suspended because of this. Linking of multiple accounts is hard to find. It is hard to find out the issue of our suspension. The grab app suspends an account without telling the exact reason to the account other than the account has violated the terms and policies. This may make it harder for accounts to fill-up the passenger appeal form that asks them for the reason of the suspension. Poor customer support.

    I hate the fact that this app need constant update to use it. It's such a nuisance since I'm only using it once a while. Everytime I need to use it, the apps needs to be updated. There is once I missed my bus when I'm on a hurry to get a transport from my home to the bus station. I need to update the apps and it takes too much times because of the size.     Be careful of this app especially if you are using credit cards as means of payment. Majority of drivers will cheat you of your food and items. And even if you report it the support center does nothing. I have been cheated from my food delivery multiple times already and no action was taken. They ask you to send in a detailed email of your report or complaints only to have the email bounced back. Both the riders and the admin of the app take advantage if Credit cards are used as payment

    Your 'Help Center' isn't help at all. I complain about my order problems at 8 and you replay at 10. 2 hours. Clearly avoiding to contact with the customer, and can't cancel the order, even the order is troubled. The solution? Nothing you just let that happens and you blame the driver then later. Am I satisfied you blame them? Of course Not. They're not your employees. The problem is you cause don't want lose money, as simple as that.

    Every thing else is good except for the price. Normally I booked and I travel alone my fare is $14.30 but for tonight is dearer by $2. I find is not fair. It will be nice if Grab can refund me the $2 to my wallet.     poor service. they cant help you when you have issue in grabpay wallet. takes days before you get an reply yet they cant give you resolution, they will keep putting "solved" status on tickets that you made. emailing or chatting them via messenger can't also help. worst customer service!

    Interesting that my review wasn't saved just now Basically the app is getting more manual. I accidentally have a difference of 94cents between the payment and my balance which resulted in my wallet being disabled. Then they wouldn't allow me to pay after top-up. Still nothing settled after calling

    oh my god, its the best when you get the nice driver and your location is at town but me,not sometimes but was like 1-2 times getting Extra free Rm3 because not on the location.but i was there waitin fr the grab to pick me up, its like they hiding for me to 5 minutes then they cancelled it..other grab tells me that my home is away from town that is templer park,rawang n said thats a way drivers tried to run.Lastly, about no drivers nearby here and i waited for like 40 minute for it and fed up :(

    I am a regular Grab Food customer, however recently, it has been taking more than 30 minutes to find a driver. It is stuck at the 'confirmed' stage without going to the 'preparing' stage. Please fix this

    its working fine. i just wish they would give points to customers who prefer to pay in cash or card. because they only reward those who pay using grab pay. its the same you also load up grab pay thru card.

    Terrible at everything. For rides, it's more expensive and less reliable than comfort and GoJek. For food, they stack your order with other so it's always cold and late. Support other apps.

    Haven't heen able to get a ride for the past few days even though there are multiple drivers around. Can't bring the issue up with support as they just give you a list of generic things to check.

    Very poor service. I ordered from mcdonald taman connaught order number GF-031,waited for two hours. When I contact the help centre they cancel my order. Now have to wait 30days to redeem my payment. Very poor service.

    Hi! So far I'm enjoying the app and its really useful for pinch situations where i need a ride etc. But, something that greatly concerns me is that my account was registered with the name Bryan Yang, not to mention i have alot of GrabHitch transactions dated from 2016 to 2017 when I didn't even open a Grab account yet. Also, I found $20 in my wallet when I've yet to top it up nor link it with any bank account or card of mine. I hope someone can check into this because I don't want to be hacked.

    Something is wrong with this app recently. I have to uninstalled and reinstalled it every time i wanna make booking of car or food. Otherwise the app just showed Hotel and Insurance only. Lousy!!!

    I depends on Grab ehailing to work everyday. It's really painful to book cars these couple of weeks. It seems like drivers are lesser or they just don't come in to my area anymore. It's so difficult. I had to book almost 30 in advance whereas my house is just 7 minutes away drive to office. Please do something about it.

    I have been tryng to get a hold in your customer service uaing the Help Centre and nothing is going on. I have a ticket # it's been days, on March 18,2021 there was a transaction posted to my PAYMAYA ACCOUNT AMOUNTING TO 1000 PESOS AND IT SAYS GRAB PH WITHDRAWAL MAKATI - I NEVER DID THIS TRANSACTION THERE'S NO TRACES IN MY ACTIVITY IN GRAB THAT COST 1000 AND I NEVER KNEW GRAB HAS A WITHDRAW OPTION. BETTER NOT TO USE IT ANYMORE. GRAB IS UNSECURE ANYMORE.

    Please update system for the location and navigation, why everyday everytime I tag my saved working place and saved home but driver will wait for me at next building? Everyday I have to ask driver go to correct location. Really tired.
