Reviews From google play store

This last update has totally broke my Google Nexus 6. No Keypad comes up and therefore I can longer check my Voicemail, plus I can no longer follow Prompts when calling out, plus half the time I am not able to even answer / pick up a call. So this has pretty much turned my phone into a worthless piece of junk. Please fix a.s.a.p. Thank you!

I have a Nexus 6P phone for the past 2 years and suddenly the keypad/dialpad does not come up if I am calling into any number. Specially cannot use 800# when I have to call into conference calls and use options. Horrible Google!! No help on any google searches regarding this issue. Frustrating to say the least.

The app automatically answers calls on my pixel when i take the phone out of my pocket. I've read in forums that other pixel users face the same issue. This is because of the way the call receive screen interface is built. If the slider could be changed to move sideways the issue should be resolved. We urge the developers to make this change ASAP. Also, the calls are getting answered automatically when I use the headphone and there is no option to stop this.

Incoming calls aren't even automatically visible in the screen after the recent update. I have to drag down from notifications to see who's calling. Just fix this

Nexus 5x and recently the dialer pad doesn't respond to button press to come up. I can't even enter the password to get my voice mail. You broke it...

Xperia 5 phone is constantly showing the number 1 indicating I have one missed call. Despite removing the update add applying and removing all call history the 1 is still there. I would say this is pretty poor and not properly tested. The only way to clear this I have now found out. Is after a missed call to clear the notification by selecting clear all notifications . If you don't do this and simply swipe the notification the missed call shows constantly against the app.

Voicemail notifications take 24 hours or more to appear even when I go to my voicemail and check it after a missed call. Why the delay?? Changing a person's address or phone number creates duplicate entries and I have to remember which one is current. Not sure if that's a separate issue (contacts). But the voicemail issue is worth the 2 star rating.

Won't Hold calls suddenly? Now, when I'm on a call and a second call comes in, the phone says "Can't Hold Call". I acknowledge that error and then the phone continues to ring about 2 times before the option to answer the incoming call pops up. Overall, the Call is delayed about 4 or 5 rings before I can get to it. Unsatisfactory. It used to work

More often than not it does not notify me of an incoming call. I can be looking at my phone whether it's the homescreen, using an app of some sort or the phone is off and get a call but it only comes in as a missed call. I've been told by people calling me that sometimes it will ring a few times 4 or 5) and go to voicemail, other times it will go straight to voicemail. This is absolutely annoying. Notifications are turned on. Do Not Disturb is turned off. Fix it.

Why does the contacts in the Favourites list disappear when the phone gets charged? I think this problem is specific to Android 7.0 Nougat. I sincerely wish Google rolls out a fix for this bug. The Favourites list is very useful for the elderly people who find it difficult to perform a search or scroll through the contacts.

Many bugs since update,10-10-19 phone rings -no way to answer, blank screen push button to try and turn screen on, hangs up/looses call. Make a call, long delay before call goes through. Call history no longer shows call detail like call length. Very poor update Zero stars please fix now. Moto e5 ---Revision 11-8-19 -looks like he call history has been improved a lot! Thanks for bringing the details back like call length, time will tell if the other bugs are improved. Thank You!

After pressing the power button to silence an incoming call the screen lights up again making it really difficult to keep it back in your pocket. I think this is a trivial but really important issue. And whenever a person calls for the second time, the call doesn't show up as a pop-notification rather whatever important task i m doing is disrupted as the call shows up on the whole screen. Help please.

Ok I'm using nokia 7.1 and this app is already been installed as it is a stock android. The problem is whenever someone call me and if my phone is in pocket, while I pull the phone from the pocket, the call automatically get received as it get touch with my thai. So fix this issue.. I mean during call, if I touch any part of the screen and swipe upward phone get received. This is annoying.

Can't reset missed call notification so I never really know if I missed a call or who it was from and sometimes a new SMS message will show up on the top of the list and sometimes at the bottom. If it wasn't for the bold face headers I would have no idea which messages I have opened and even then I still have to scroll through all my messages to make sure I didn't miss any.

Good product. Nice improvements over time. When phone bubble which appears on top of the screen when app is minimized during the call, we are not able to see whether the call is connected or just ringing. It would be good if there is an indication when call is connected either thru a timer underneath the bubble or by change of the phone logo color or something.

One thing that is extremely needed in this app is the ability to show all the number of a searched contact directly from the dial pad. For example, if there is a contact with the name "John " saved and has two contact numbers, when in the dial pad "5646" is typed to get the contact John, it shows only one contact number. That's the problem, it should show all the contact numbers of John right in that screen. If you tap on John, then it opens up the contact and shows all numbers which is extra.

I have a Sony Xperia 5 and this problem is the I cannot clear the missed call notification badge counter. It's been like this I've had the phone. Even had it replaced for a new one which dose exactly the same. This is affecting a lot of not all Xperia 5 users going by what's being said on recent forums. I've had this phone for 6 weeks now and nothing has changed. I've emailed Google to get help twice weeks ago and never had a reply to either email. Why isn't this sorted by now?

app is generally fine except for the visual voicemail. Deleted voicemail messages disappear completely from what I'm finding. The location of the delete button is too close to the slider for the voicemail message so it can be accidentally clicked. You get about three or four seconds to undo a deleted message so if you're not on top of things you lose a message very easily permanently. Why not have a trash folder for deleted messages?

I would like to customise my use of this app, but can find no way of doing this. Need to turn speaker on automatically, need dialler to be visible at all times, so need this screen to stay on. It's weird that's the most tricky bit of using a mobile phone is the phone calls.

I have read alot of reviews posted on this app. Seems like alot of users are experiencing the same issues that i am, which is not being able to answer incoming calls. At the end of their posted comments you ask "was this helpful"? Well no it wasn't. If you followed up on the post and gave us suggestions to help correct issues it could have been helpful. What ... reading and finding that alot of other users are experiencing the same problems w/ their phone/updates/apps is supposed to be helpful?

When i just type g in the search bar of the phone app, the app crashes. Another issue: when the phone starts ringing (receive a call), i turn the screen off but the screen doesn't stay turned off. It turns on again. One more issue, when i save a new contact, the app makes (duplicates) 3-4 more of the same contact . And one more issue i realized recently, when somebody else calls me while i am talking on the phone (LTE), the first active call terminates and the phone goes on ringing

App works okay until I enable the speaker function. People keep saying my voice is going in and out and can't hear me. I tested out other applications (social media) with speaker functions and they work just fine. I'm using the razer 2 phone. This is the only phone app. Please fix the issue

1) Need feature to see contact history of all time for a particular contact - thanks for bringing this feature, please sort it the other way round. 2) When power button is pressed on incoming call, screen should be turned off along with silencing ringtone. As of this release, screen is back on. 3) Incoming call answer screen should be less sensitive. Calls are getting answered or rejected while taking phone out of pocket. Please address 2) & 3)

Pixel 4 User - Recently this app has not been working at all... goes like this, incoming call, click answer button from notification area popup... takes me to screen that says "swipe up to answer"... I swipe up... takes me to a screen that says "swipe up to answer"... I swipe up... repeat until person calling hangs up... $800 phone can't phone anymore...

When I am on a phone call and receive a second phone call, I get a loud notification "Call From xxx-xx-xxxx" that not only takes up my entire screen, but also prevents me from hearing what is going on in my active call and mutes me from continuing to talk until I either decline or answer the new call.

Multiple contact copies are generated after syncing contacts with Google or just adding a new contact to phone memory or google contacts or even Sim card contacts. Most copies are based on apps such as Whatsapp, Whatsapp business, Skype, etc. But even the emergency contacts have multiple copies. Some contact copies have a name but no number. I'm very frustrated about it because it makes it harder for accessing or sharing contacts. This problem doesn't exist in Google contacts app.

The user interface design of the Favorite Contacts tab is implemented in such an unsophisticated way that any light touch of the screen causes a random call. It is almost impossible to hold a phone in the hand without accidentally touching the screen. I am just afraid to use Favorites. The design should be more sophisticated.

App is good but there should be one more feature in search. It does not allow user to search numbers present in "recent" section. Search cannot find calling numbers that were dialed, received or missed and not saved in the contracts. Hope you will add this feature soon.

I had been using a version that was about 2 months old and I regret updating. Now after making a call the screen goes black and stays that way. I am unable to use the keypad or disconnect a call. I do not like the updated call log where everything is consolidated. Also when viewing the log, many times I have to turn the phone to landscape mode to be able to see the phone number. Please go back to the old style call log and fix the black screen !!!!!

When I first purchased my Pixel 3, I expected to have the ability to have Google assistant screen my calls. The feature is still not available here in Australia (a western country). From my experience with Google software it is always half arsed and eventually abandoned; just look at Snapseed and many other Google apps. I have not been impressed with Google's apps and services for months now.

The app works as expected. However, I very much dislike the screen for favorites. The icons are too large, and interfere with the dial pad. If a favorite (great big circle) happens to be located lower right on screen, the dialing pad covers it up. I would also prefer to assign contact colors myself.

Is glitchy and has lots of bugs that need to be worked out but my main issue is it used to block restricted or unknown numbers and now it lets them go through so when I block my exes phone number he just blocks his number and it comes up restricted and can't be blocked now! Please fix this so that unwanted callers are not blowing my phone up with restricted numbers because I block their original numbers which is useless till y'all fix the restricted calls being blocked

No option to have it on the dialing screen or the screen to be able to input numbers it pisses me off to have to toggle between it to be able to input I want that screen right there if I want it right there every single time. But google doesnt give two craps what people want so...

I'm curious if you can add a feature to read the incoming callers' name or something (if there isn't one already). I have a Moto z3 play. Additionally, for those who have questions about call recording ... I think I can shed some light on that. Here in the US, each state has slightly different laws on that. Some states are 1 party states, meaning that there only has to be 1 party who consents to the call being recorded. And other states require that all parties consent. It's a sticky wicket.

So what good is a phone when the screen goes black when the call connects and it will not bring the screen back up for you to press numbers or access anything once the call is connected. You can't even shut it off or hang up. Last update was horrible I would give it negative stars if it have that option

When on a voice call and switch to video calling, then there is no way to go back to voice call, why? Have to disconnect and dial again if i want to revert to voice call from video call. Such a simple option and you guys didn't figure it out! Wow!

I recently updated the Android firmware on my Pixel 1 a few weeks ago aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand now the phone function is crashing nonstop. Also, the phone randomly crashes from using apps that have audio recording functionality like HelloTalk. You would think that the one thing that will consistently work throughout updates would be the phone function, but apparently not. I missed a phone appointment for a job because of this and now I have to reschedule into November. Thanks Google.

Over all app is good. But there is one most demanding feature is missing. Like xiaomi dialer app when I input a number in contact search, searching result get from call logs and contacts. Similar happened when I dial a number, any number matching will appear in list. This is most demanding and important feature. Waiting to implement by team. real issue with the overall usage of the app. However, I have called customer support and spoke with them. All I would like to be able to do is have a selective mass erase of recent calls. That is still not an option. To better explain, like in messages where you can select individual text to delete one by one within the same contact. Any questions, please ask and I will gladly help the understanding if needed. Thanks and love my Google Pixel XL!!

I prefer individual ringtones for my different callers to identify them easily without having to look at the phone. Whilst this is easily done from options, the particular ringtone is not reflected in the individual caller details. Suggest this be incorporated. Similarly unable to set a ring tone for a group of labels. This again it's not possible. One is required to set the ringtone individually. If these things could be fixed, it would be helpful.

I am not sure what is going on but i have to attend a conference call every morning and i saved the number followed by commas and the extension number so i dont have to dial, so when i select the number from favorites and it dials it and i try to select speaker mode and mute microphone for the call and i have to do it really fast after the initial dial and if i dis not and try to do it a few seconds later i get message that sorry wrong extension dialed, what is wring here.

Pocket answering is the main problem. When you pick phone from your pocket, the call answered/ declined. Instead of swipe up/ down we need setting to swipe to side. Another problem is, from the call log we can't send the text message easily. By Tapping the call log we can block and view history etc but can't send message easily.

I have issue with receiving phone calls. when someone call me the phone take about 10 second delay to ringing and showing calling screen. i tried many ways to slov it like uninstall update or reboot phone with no luck. after that i tried last chance by downloading third phone app and choose it default app, finally i slov this issue

Phone keeps crashing? Anytime I open Phone or even get a phone call it says there is an error and it keeps stopping. It's updated on my phone, and I don't know why buts been happening over a week now. A bit frustrating I'm trying to look for a contact and it closes the app... Please fix

Needs 'send sms' option on call screen... I've suggested this as long as I can remember... Why is not on there Google? Most frustrating thing when you're trying to get work done quickly and effortlessly.. For some reason you still can't tap a button that let's you send an sms to the number you're currently talking with. At least make it an option to turn on in settings please!

The app is very intuitive and easy to use, but its very sluggish, especially when summoning the dial pad, or when viewing contact details. After this last update, i have to wait at least 2 seconds for the favorites tab to open, and the app launches like the system is opening it for first time after a reboot or shutdown "takes too long" Please fix this issue, as it's becoming more & more frustrating. Am running Android one 🥧 with Sept security update, and everything else is buttery smooth.

Don't know about many users point of view on this. But I personally do not use call screening. I think it would be nice to have an on/off switch. More often than not when trying to reach for my phone out of my pocket when ringing I somehow end up hitting the call screening thing and then having to wait for Google to finish talking to answer. Then having to explain to who ever called what just happened. Usually I get a "why do you have that?" If no switch can we move the button to a new location?

Not well executed... 1. Missed one call and now I have a permanent notification, I've tried restarting my phone, updating the app etc and nothing works. Cannot seem to uninstall it from my Sony xp5 2. I am unable to save contacts to my phone...I have to save them to my Google account which I'm uncomfortable with 3. You condensed the caller history meaning you have to select a person for individual history from the recents, what if I need to see a days worth of calls! Please rethink your app!!

Can't wait to get rid of this phone. Every time I make a call I put the person on hold or mute. Now my friends have started to tell me 'you have muted the phone' when I do it. Also I have lost count of the many times I have put someone on hold and rang someone else or answered a call waiting without meaning to. It is so frustrating. I had a Google XL 2 and got the 3a XL in may and regretted it immediately. This will put me off buying another Google phone.

After the Android 10 update every time someone hangs up on me or the phone disconnects I do not get a beep to indicate there was a disconnect or hang up. Thus I continue talking until I realized no one's on the other line. this has happened way too many times. And when you have crappy T-Mobile where you get dropped calls very frequently this is very inconvenient.

Well, it is a Google product so it works as expected. It is not intuitive as my previous phone and calls manager but one get used to it after a while. What really annoys me is the 500 calls history logs limit? I really don't understand this limitation. My new phone came with this app installed but I think I will delete it and install another one because of the logs limit.

For the past 2 weeks or so (prior to updating) would ring my phone but not provide any option to answer. Updated, still no option. Absolutely worthless app if you cannot answer incoming calls, unless you love being forced to call someone immediately back. Now I'm forced to use a third party app and deal with ads.

Just now I saw that my recent call histories are deleted. It just showing only older call logs. Same thing under call history option.

I'm dissapointed. I just realize it got a update that eliminate the call details and the app no longer show the date and time of the call and how long it was. In fact, I can reach the tab that says details. It also showed a list of the calls made to the number. Let's say it will show me last month date call to the doctors appointment or whatever other situation. Feel sad for that. Any suggestion?

Love the phone app. It keeps me in contact with everyone I know. I just wish it would keep all of my contacts so if I reset my phone it's in the cloud that they would all come back. There has to be a simpler way. I'm sure they will fix that problem though. Thank you

November 2019, STILL NO FIX!!!! --> PLEASE FIX CONTACTS IN THE PHONE APP!! Every other place in Android you can switch google accounts, except the phone/contacts dialer. I dont want my work email and contacts mixed in my personal phone dialer contacts. Come on folks, BASIC STUFF HERE! At least make them separate like in the actual contacts app!

Updated recently and phone/camera have been especially buggy. Screen stays completely black, keypad is inaccessible. Screen goes black and is unresponsive as soon as calls are made/accepted. I can initiate calls but, I am unable to disconnect calls in/out. This is especially inconvenient when I have needed to make connections with automated service, or if I get a voicemail with box options, or try to connect using an extension number. Please fix...I actually use my phone as a phone.

The latest update has caused my pixel 3 Xl to get stuck, you can make the call and talk but if I hang up it gets stuck hanging up. I can't call out or receive calls. It hangs up on the other person as normal but I'm stuck with it saying "hanging up" and never shows call ended and will not let me do anything. I must restart my phone after all calls I uninstalled the latest to be able to use my phone

Backdoor for hackers! It used 1.62Mb online despite the fact that I denied it all permissions since I don't use this as a phone. Another Google spyware trojan among many. Never believe you have the only on/off switch for this or Google Duo. The fact that Duo is bundled with the phone-app proved intent to peep: it gets necessary phone permissions it couldn't as a separate app, and you can't uninstall it or reduce permissions.

This app does not save my recorded outgoing voicemail message! I've toggled the switches several times, recorded my message several times changed voicemail passwords and it always goes back to default with just my name. Never used to have issues with this app until recently

Cannot choose favorites sorting from A-Z or Z-A nor most recent or frequently called. Contact photo bubble size in favorites not adjustable. Contact photo cannot be selected from a particular section of a photo. That was available some time back. It was "updated" to Oblivion

I want to give 5 stars but it has some problems. 1. App doesn't show the incoming number from very first ring, it get display after 3 - 4 rings. 2. It should have the system where it can show the name of unknown callers or names for those numbers which is not saved in phone book. 3. It should have an option where we can add first few number to block related incoming calls. Thank you

Garbage! Most of the time when placing a call, it shows the call, disconnects the call, then reconnects the call. Also, it's real slow at showing the favorites. Every update is worse. It's been like this for years. Worse, after hanging up a call, the screen hangs and just stays at the disconnecting screen.

No option to change answering method. The way I answer my phone is by pulling my phone out of my pocket, but when I do that the phone icon slides down and that rejects phone calls. Having the option to slide a different direction to answer would fix this.

The app is simple to use. But you should give new styles options to answer call as per user requirements because some devices offer exactly opposite or different modes which confuses some users(usually old people; specially my mother). If you provide it, users will find more convenient to use it.

Why there is no option for call recording? Is it better to have MI or Realme UI? Another thing is there we can't see all previous call history records for a certain contact no. and only the last call details are available where all details of past must be there.

i have kept beautiful picture of my friends and family in contact picture, but during receiving calls i could only see a small circular picture, i would prefer a full screen sized pics of the calling person. basically i will attend the call on seeing the picture of person instead of reading name. please consider the idea, it was there in past versions n it was better, 2 star is only for that, remaining things are perfect

This app has some glitch on incoming call feature. I have no issue for calling out. But incoming call does not pop up the dialer, all I hear is ringtone. There is no option to answer/reject the call. My device is Xiaomi Note 8 Pro. Please fix it.

Missed call icons stay on for ages and you can't get rid of them, sometimes you get a missed call but the phone did not ring, also there is quite a long delay when making a call. Very annoying since the last update.

Android 10 - New update. Unable to use phone screen during and after 10 seconds of call. Due to this unable to disconnect call in case of busy line/call waiting. Googled issue online to find that it is a bug. Need immediate patch for resolution.

I have updated that it might help doing direct video call in one touch but it's not happening but again and again it saying the same you can can do direct video call and releasing the update.... More than 5 to 10 times it's happened and I updated....... but result no use I don't no why they release such fake updates.... I'm disappointed with it so only single star 🌟 I will give it

Hey Google, This is one of the most basic app on my Pixel 3 with a big problem. And, its problem is that it duplicates a lot of my contacts 5 to 9 times! But when I open my contacts in Google Contacts app to fix the duplicates, there aren't any to fix. 🤦‍♂️ Further, I would have totally skipped using this Phone app - if the number dialer feature was available in the Google Contacts app. So please, either fix the Phone app or add the dialer feature to the Contacts app. Thanks, Pixel User

When in Do Not Disturb mode, whitelisted incoming calls ("Allow Calls From....") will only have an audio notification and not pop up on the screen so you can swipe to answer. I verified comparing to my Pixel 3 vs Pixel 4 that the notification and "Do Not Disturb" settings match. It seems to be a glitch with how Do Not Disturb processes incoming call notifications on the Pixel 4.

Was a good app until an OS upgrade a few cycles in the middle of a call starts going fuzzy and eventually disconnects. Sometime 2 or 3 times within 20 minutes. Its all over the Android blogs and have been through the Google support dance (it's you carriers fault). Phone is less than 8 months old and calling has been rendered useless. I feel a little dumb giving it 2 stars but it used to work fine and love call screening.

PLEASE fix this bug : When I have an incoming call and I don't answer and then I switch the screen off, the screen is automatically turned back on after a second; the screen cannot stay switched off when someone is calling.

It don't show Time details of the calls in call history and don't have call recording option. Option related Video call is also missing. We can not delete or remove log for a particular call, it allow only to remove complete call history which will remove all call logs.

I am also having the no audio crash, and auto restart. Uninstalled the latest update and all's well. On a pixel XL Android 10. And update. Just had a system ui crash when answering phone. How about an update today for the very most basic element of a smart phone? Stand corrected I see Oct 3rd update now, funny I check every day and now there is a post dated update. Here goes nothing. Called out, however BT device home phone hand set defaulted to. Received call, no audio again, no crash yet.

This app literally has one job which is to make phone calls. But for some reason all of my calls are forced on to RTT where it takes upwards of 30 seconds for the receiving party to hear what I am saying making communication all but impossible. Why is there no way to disable this?!

1) When I search for contacts I see many (2-8) "phantoms" of a contact and all of them have the same name. 2) I'm not sure if it's connected with the app but there are cases I answer the call and it's immediately finished. It usually happens when I receive callbacks from my insurance company.

I have a pixel 3 and my phone quality is horrible. People can't hear me because they hear echoing of themselves, which is frustrating because I hear them just fine. I don't like talking on the phone, but have had to alot over the past month and each interaction usually ends in texting. While the other features of the device is great, at a minimum, aphone should be able to act like a phone.

The very basic functionality of recent calls is not properly ordered with the new update. Its displaying a random list with all numbers showing 'just now' call time.I had to uninstall the updates to get a list of recents that is not random..but still I face the order issues.

Since the latest update my phone crashes when making a phone call or receiving a phone call. Total system freeze and I have hard reboot in order to get my phone to turn back on. This is absolutely frustrating.

I fixed My issue regarding incoming calls notification by some simple steps Go to Phone app open info of app by pressing 3 seconds on logo (i) If by default app's disable button is unavailable to click on it just force Stop app & uninstall updates of phone app After reinstalling updates of phone app You're issue should fixed

So many glitches all of a sudden. I couldn't answer a call last night. The phone was ringing but I could not answer it. The screen goes black during a call and I am unable to use the keypad. All in all very useless. Please fix these issues as people still use their phone as a phone.

It is very nice, but I am not finding a feature which can help to dail easily by sliding the contact number or name (this feature has been added to this latest version to delete call history one by one).

There's a Bug in Spanish when someone does not answer call i get the alert in Spanish. But am not a Spanish Guy so had use Translation however kindly fix this issue. I get something in Spanish with -28 error. Am on Android one Device Mi A3 to be specific, This is really bothering me i hope you guys fix this ASAP.

Can't disable call forwarding by using #21#. Have to go to call setting to disable but it takes forever to load each setting, over 5 minutes. Doesnt make sense. Didn't receive all calls too. Phone didn't ring at all but got missed call message. Need to fix it ASAP.

Firstly, who decided that contacts and phone calls should be split into two separate apps? Also, this app is incredibly unintuitive and buggy to boot. I expected much better, especially considering that I have a pixel 3.

😠 I assign a ringtone to an individual and if for some reason I have to powercycle my phone, the ringtone resets. Im sick of this app. Why do we need an app for this anyway? My old phone didn't have a phone app! Fix it!!!!?

Nice app, but as my suggestion instead of using phone, contacts and messages these 3 different apps if you give the option to use them in the same app we can save so much of space in phone and also the number of apps using and also give us in-built true caller for this for not installing more number of apps which makes us easier to do the work simply with one app. And one more thing I want to tell is give the swipe right calling option like in Samsung and left for viewing messages.

Sir, I want you to inform you that the app features are great but there only one feature is still missing that the Call Recording Option ,As this feature is not given to us the asus user are not happy. I kindly request you to add the feature in phone app to use the call very happy ,which help us to record any of ours important call as when we want. Thank you.

Liked the phone a lot, now I will get voicemail messages a day late, it will show the missed call notification and voicemail notification even when missed calls are seen and call log cleared and voicemails have been checked and saved or deleted. I updated 2 days ago and the notifications finally went off, ad just now they both came back on with no missed calls and no new voicemail, please fix this problem already!

This app sucks for Google pixel. How do you mess up a phone app??! Running tally of missed calls on notifications, missed calls sometimes don't even show, so you have to clear the log AND doesn't even display the call length. This is pitiful for a thousand dollar phone. Pathetic

The app is good, smooth and clean but it lacks a very important feature, and that's CALL RECORDING FEATURE. It's one of the basic features present for over a decade and not having this feature turns out to be a disaster at time. Please add it

This app is making my Google Pixel XL going bad. It broke my microphone and it's not allowing other apps use it as well. Whenever I receive calls it freezes my phone and don't let it work properly. What is happening?

all is good but the only problem is the screen it after the ringtone starts the screen goes black and after the call screen appears it shows only the call end buttonand after sometime it shows the other buttons please fix this but this is the only bug which irritates me and applied the settings that can change the theme to black and white both and based on the power saver mode

It works great, except one problem. While I take my phone of my pocket, it drops/answers incoming call. Other phones solve this by using proximity sensor, or by better layout of incoming call screen. It can't be that difficult to solve it.

Lot of issues and some of I mentioned are: 1. Lagging when ever I open to dial number . 2. Takes too much time to connect a call. 3. After blocking any number no info about the blocked person attempted to call is being displayed. Coz we need that info if somebody have tried to contact even though he/she is blocked.

They have vastly improved this app over the years. If ONLY they could build in some color/font options as people like to customize things they use every day. At least it has a dark theme option, but that is really the minimum any developer can do. Please make this customizable!!!!

For a short while my phone has become incredibly quiet when speaking to people on the phone. People's voices also sound distorted. I just rung my step dad but it sounded like a stranger on the other end! I have to plug in headphones with a mic to be able to make phonecalls. Needs fixing ASAP
