1) price given in app vs the price I receive in actuall bill has 60% difference.. item mentioned 12₹ is being billed by 20₹ 2) if the item is not available at shop, alternative call must be placed to customer ..that's not done..they just send what ever they get as alternative. 3) I ordered 25 items which showed a billed amount of **** . But I receive 12 items matching exactly the same amount of **** 4) fooling peoples around.. Definitely not gonna recommend to anyone..don't ever waste your money

very very bad customer service. no response to the queries.. need to followup many times. still not resolved yet. once I did review here, received mail saying to send issues to support mail. Each time its quite difficult to send a mail. if you really want to solve the issue then you check your app support queries.

I ordered from this app. This app doesnt' even send the notification to grocery store from which we are ordering. And the order gets stuck in between. I had to call the grocery shop and place the order again. Bad service and experience.

I use this in my OnePlus 6. It was fine on Oreo. After the Pie update app takes forever to open the Store no matter weather in on LTE or WiFi. Also, lot of payment failures of done via Google pay.

I have ordered some items on Saturday , I don't have an update yet what is happening. If I will receive the order,if order is accepted or cancelled. I can't contact to the customer support, there is no option. If u call the support no , the IVR take u to cancell and refund.

Earlier this app was good, now I have uninstalled because the app won't provide any offers or discounts. Even it is not connected to near by stores.

The app is useless and doesn't make sense, you might as well not install it and waste space on your phone there are better things to do or go straight to the point by using apps directly , seems like you have a middle man standing before every thing you do on this app.

worst payment app ever..dont use it..too slow, number of times amount got deducted from bank account but didn't showed in app. No reply from help desk when tried to check about it...

The location fetching option not working and unable to add any new apartment. It's a basic feature for an app to fet h location. Waste of time.
