Could you give an access if we could reporting your driver? Sometimes if the order quite huge and some menu needs more detailed preparation, off course it takes more time to cook. But many driver don't understand and gave us bad ratings, even threaten us Also please put the calculation for daily deduction (if any) to Saldo feature. I was join ads per-click and not aware that a bunch of money was cut untill the day after. It quite a challenge since the business are going slower since pandemic.

I really dont understand you resto rating system.. Its unfair. please fix your rating system!!!! Its suck, why do drivers can give us resto rating, but we cannot give driver rating? Its unfair, we both partners. Fix it please

Complicated registration. Costumer Service is not responsive. Only automatic answering machine without solution. All Email complaints answer is only a template (again) with no solution. If from the beginning, registration has been complicated, what will happened in the future if there are problems. ️ 👎👎👎

Hi Gobiz team. The Notification sounds were awfully noisy. Please make an option to hide the sound or make more choices of Notification sounds. The point is, the notification is not user friendly. Some of the users are management level which only use this app to monitor business but don't want to be disturbed by the notification sounds. Make an option that we can inactivate the notification sounds, please! I'll change the review rating if you guys make some improvements on this case. Thanks

Hi Gobiz team. Whats with the terms and condition of displaying picture? Why is it so difficult? I already changed it like 5-6 times and it suddenly dissapproved due to funny reasons "gambar mengandung animasi/kartun", "gambar mengandung unsur gerobak" meanwhile I check other "bigger" merchant is permitted to use picture like mine which is declined by your team?

This apps really confusing even only for the new registration merchant, CS cannot solve the problem properly, the problem cannot fixed in short times and always back with the auto reply, please just call your cust then asking & solve the problem at the same time. so disappointed.

Hi GoBiz team, please kindly add feature to fill the available stock quantity, and will automaticaly reduce while customer put in order.It will help us while our merchant get many order and we dont have enough time to turn on the "OUT OF STOCK" button.Because many customer dispointed while they put order but we rejected because our stock is zero. Thank you for your kind co-operation

Hi GoBiz, please create the "STOCK OF QUANTITY BUTTON" , so we can input how many products that we want to sell, so the orders and the stock will appropiate! Sometimes our stock just 1 left, but suddenly, there is an order need 5, and we should give the money back to customer, however the price in application is higher 20% !!!! Rugi bandar 😭
