Very Bad Application, Bad UX. I just tried it for the first time and accidentally pressed the message, then the order couldn't be canceled. Even though I haven't set a destination yet, the worst application I've ever used.

Awful UI, awkward translation to Bahasa Indonesia, outdated map, drivers either cancel way too often or never arrive at the pick-up point. The only good thing about it is the price, and even then the price is exactly the reason why many drivers don't want to pick us up. Don't be such a cheapskate, FIX THE APP.

Bad Customer Service. I never wrote bad things about an app, but this is way too much for me. I ordered delivery service, but the package never came to me. The driver said he has finished the order and put it on my terrace but it's not there. I've sent lots of complain through email and app, but no one responded me. Never use this app again no matter how cheap it is. Cheap price comes with cheap quality. It really sucks.

Absolutely useless app. Keeps searching for drivers while you wait like a fool expecting to receive one. I downloaded this because someone wearing a yellow t-shirt saying maxim approached me and asked me (almost begged) me to download it for a 10% discount on every purchase. Deleting it now and hope this review will let people know not to waste their time with this app.

the only good thing about this app is the price is cheaper than other competitor. the map is bad. should use google maps for a better accuracy. app is slow even when using wifi. driver is sometime very hard to find. waiting 1 hour still no driver. just need improvement.

1. The fare is reasonable. 2. Beware when making booking through appointment. RM1 will be charged for each minute spent on waiting for you (even it is due to other cars blocking the road, or with the consent of the driver). This notice was not given clearly when making the booking (at least not to me). 3. When driver came, my credit card was charged and then charged again when reaching destination with additional amount of RM4 due to a 4-minute wait. First charge was refunded automatically.

Wrost experience ever. You will never ever find any ride here it will ask you to keep waiting for the ride. But the most important think is this doesn't have enough rider align with them. So you will be waiting forrver or wasting your time ill suggest to go for other options not this one please otherwise you will just regret that why you wasted your internet even to download this application. Giving 1 because its the least i can give or else i would have given in minus rating

Worst app completely fraud way to collect fare. It shows different fare in passenger and driver's app. First &worst experience. I recommend all not to use this app. Fully cheat and cheap service. At the time of booking fare was Rs 54/- but at end the driver's displayed Rs. 99/- I had to pay him. I prefer Rapido ola uber except maxim.

1. It's cheaper than other competitors, but it's very difficult to find drivers, i ordered at 5pm and until 6pm i didn't get any driver. 2. The UI is really bad. I feel very uncomfortable when using the app. 3. I have good internet connection but the app keep loading. 4. The map is difficult to understand

It's my first time using it and it has really bad GPS system that caused me to wait for 53 minutes and for that 53 minutes of waiting i need to pay extra 53.000. One minute 1.000 rupiah. Are you serious maxim?!
