Description
The GeoPoll Interviewer Application works together with the GeoPoll platform to help enumerators conduct CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) and face-to-face/CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing) surveys.
With the updated GeoPoll Interviewer app, enumerators and supervisors can
• Quickly call respondents with a simple press on the availed number or code, using the default or other dialer function on mobile device as well as using an external dialer
• Enjoy a beautiful user interface with the capability to interact with questions easily, record notes, go back to previous questions with detailed on-screen instructions
• Automated call recording for quality data
• Ability to call back and resume an incomplete interview
• Access to the case log to show details and of interviews attempted and completed
• Work offline so surveys can be conducted without internet access
