I live in Australia and have no Time Zone option in the app when setting up Genie. There is a "Pacific" region with "Auckland" city option available. That is New Zealand. But, no Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane or Adelaide for Australia time zones. This functionality is critical for "schedule" function of the app. Please have your app development team add this single line of code to the apps on the next update. Thanks again

Delivery, set up and functionality all good, without any kind of problem. (Maybe the people that have problems connecting it is because the perfume genie is too close from their router? KEEP IN MIND TO SET UP THE PERFUME GENIE MORE THAN 1.5 METERS AWAY FROM THE ROUTER. After that, we can place the perfume genie anywhere) We absolutely love the app, the device, the fragrances, even the packaging it came in, with lots of love, spiritualism and beauty!😍 Absolutely well done Rituals. Utter s*ite!!! Used more than 6 hours to try and connect the god damned genie without any success... easily the worst product/app combo I've seen in long, long, long, long, looooooooong time! If you appreciate your nerve system avoid it at all cost!

I ordered mine this week as a gift to myself and then downloaded the app beforehand. Then only did I read so many bad reviews it had gotten. I was already thinking about returning it before I had even recieved it! I'm so happy I didn't! It took me literally 2 minutes to get it connected, up and running. Its stunning to look at, the app has so far been working and useful. So far so good! Hope it stays this way. The only fault is that I personally keep it plugged in because of battery life.

Had no problem setting up the app against the perfume diffuser, I also like how the app looks and feels, really clean and relaxing! I however get annoyed by a notification saying my parfume cartridge is empty when it isn't (bought it yesterday and have double checked it). So apart from that minor nuisance and that the battery and connected icon seems low res, I would rate it 5. Good job!

At the moment it does all but "creating a welcoming atmosphere of positive energy". The 36hrs since buying this product, have been hours of frustration and pure torture trying to connect the device to a wifi network through either the Android or the iOS app. It is simply not working... at all. So far it's an expensive odourless brick in our livingroom.

Installation of the Genie with registration went well. Discovering the fragrance device from the app not so much, with the hassle free QR the app could not detect the Genie, nor with the VAT code. This is a failure in expensive wrapping, devs should look in to the following: -Wifi stability from Geneie (horrendous reception from device) -Rewrite the pairing instructions as they are flawed (Swedish language) End.

I have the genie 2 and I cant install the genie to my app. It scans the code then press connect for blue button and it loops back to scanning the code. I have reinstalled the app several times. Just been told I need to make the 60 mile round trip to a stor for them to help me. I work in I.T. so I know what I'm doing with troubleshooting. So disappointing as it doesn't live up to the high quality of the Rituals brand. Wouldn't reccomend it unfortunately.

Impossible to connect this thing. We tried everything from reinstalling the app over 10x, disabling 5g, installing the app on a different phone. For that price guys make sure it works. This has been a huge hassle. Even your support line didnt know how to fix it I am returning it tomorrow!
