Literally the slowest most cumbersome banking app I've ever used. Bill pay function would be laughable if it weren't so frustrating and ridiculously slow to deliver payments. Bank app consistently crashes, about every third log in needs to be logged back into manually because biometric feature stops working and that typically leads to having to create new passwords because the system loses that as well. If you want to take a trip back to the technology of 2001 this is definitely the app for you.

Been with Frontwave for years, back when they were still named PMCU and have never been displeased. Now I'm 2,500 miles away from their closest bank and I still want to stay with Frontwave.

This is my far one of the worst banks. I have been trying to deal with them since 8/30 and they have been god awful every step of the way. First incident is I got mischarged by a company I don't know/recognize/ever used on 8/29. The woman on the phone tells me that they can't start the process of disputing it unless I do it through the mobile app (which I wasn't able to). She COULD however, cancel my card but they wouldn't be sending me a new one until the dispute got handled. Okay, fine. She leads me through the steps of disputing the amount through the banking website because the app didn't have the right buttons for me to dispute it on there. The website then tells me that I will get an email back 2 - 4 business days from now. So they reply back the next day after they're closed (which I was kind of thankful for because I really didn't want to wait that long) but that was only the first of my problems. They said they couldn't dispute it because the company that made the charged my card $1 two days prior to the $40 charge they took out on 8/29 & suggest I call the customer service line. I called the other company and they're out of country so there's already a language barrier. Because this company is not connected Frontwave I won't lay out all the details but they refused because they're sketchy and I was just tired & done with everything. At this point I'm out $60 ($39.90 for the mischarge & 20 for an overdraft that wasn't my fault) and I'm just pissed. I email them back and I say "I'm done with this, they won't refund it & you won't refund it even though I have never disputed a charge" and I ask them to send me my new card. And Marleen (thanks Marleen!!1!) just is like "you'll receive your new card in 10 business days". Obviously, I'm annoyed it's going to take this long but again, I'm over it because now it's 9/3. Jump to today and I get my new card and I'm excited because it's been since 8/30 since I've had a card to use. Well I activate the card over their automated system around 9:30 this morning and it confirms it's active w/pin. I go to update my Hulu payment and it says my card is invalid. 🙃 And I don't jump the gun and assume it's Frontwave but I'm pretty sure it is. So I try to send my husband $1 and it says my card is invalid. And now I can't reach them because it's after hours and I can't leave a message or anything so I'm just fuming. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. JUST DON'T. I can't wait to change banks after I come back from my vacation.

Frontwave people are ALWAYS polite, friendly and helpful. I love doing my banking with them.Three years ago I refinanced my Car loan with front wave. so far I have saved over $2000 and will have the car paid off 18 months sooner than the original dealer loan.

Pretty good CU and a great app to back it up. I've been with FWCU (PMCU) for several years and their app has grown. Every year they have a survey that allows us to suggest new features and they have actually added improvements that I brought up. Easy to use!
