Pretty good idea. Footwork speeds options are a little slow tok me, but a nice variety of options. My biggest complaint is the volume. I can barely hear the commands, even with an good speaker and definitely can't run this app with any other workout music and hear the commands at all. This should be made to overlay any other media sound.

I like the app, apart from putting in parties as you may end up repeating the same party for most of your footwork or target practice.
