Simple and easy to use app! If anything it's a bit limited in it's dictionary of foods but it's hard to cover everything ever made.

I love being able to look something up quick while at the store. I use it for gut friendly swaps, in recipes, that work for me. Much appreciated.

As a first-timer having to do this meal planning with this type of food this is so helpful to understand what I'm going grocery shopping meal planning trying new things.

After told to go on this diet, I was able to scroll thru and make a shopping list of basics I could eat.

I'm new on the Fodmap diet, I also can not have dairy. It's very nice having this app to follow especially when shopping. I'm having a lot of difficulty getting adjusted, there are so many foods I can't seem to handle its quite frustrating. But hoping the Fodmap will help me successfully get everything under control.

This is a great and pretty comprehensive app to use all day long. Since discovering how much FODMAPS effect my digestive system I go to it several times a day to check ingredients on labels or to confirm whether I can conclude them in my diet. It also tells me the quantities to try. So glad to have it readily available.

The app is great especially when at the grocery store, easy to know what not to buy. It does have few missing items though.

Easy to use, very basic app. Lots of missing foods. I very much appreciate the oligosaccharides/fructans/etc content of each food broken down. Good for a free app to help check FODMAP content if (like me) you don't have the list memorized. If you want lots of features, there are paid apps.

Would love to see filters for type of fodmap on main search page. Otherwise works great!

Wanted a simple database, and that's what this is. A-Z list of foods, and fairly comprehensive. Green, yellow, and red indicating low, medium, and high FODMAP content, including serving sizes. Able to filter selections to make finding what you're looking for an easier task. Great for looking something up real quick in the store without having to search Google posts. Ads present but not intrusive to app usage.
