New UPDATE rendered the app completely useless. Channels don't display start/end time. Channels open in fullscreen only. There is no more channel guide below thr channel but only separately. Constantly disconnects/lags. Previous version worked and was also more intuitive. Also there is a very low number of channels no matter the subscription and even some that are present and are also subbed to display the no sub notification and won't work. Unfortunately the new one is close to being useless.

After the last update LookSport channel doesn't work anymore. When trying to play it says "Stream not alloy on this device" Lookplus channel works normally My device is Oneplus 6 A6000. However i have tried on other devices and still not working. Please fix . Thank you

App not working in the United Kingdom on Samsung tv's models from 2020 onwards... One way to solve this is to change the SmartHub to show as different region(such as Romania). But as you do this, it removes several other apps available in the UK. Can the tech guys at Focus Sat please check this to make sure the app works in other countries in Europe? Other than that, on android phone or tablet works flawlessly, Thank you.

Look plus channel says on my mobile "stream not allowed on this device". I have Familia subscription and it works on my smart tv app, but not on my mobile.
