    Flixbus do not ay for the assigned seat. The trip down was nice. But the return trip was not. Sent a old bus that did not even say Flix on it (was not nice green bus) as before. No plug available/WiFi. The drivers are not professional.

    Had to get this stupid app because last time the driver wasn't able to sell me a ticket because this stupid app wont let em sell tickets after the relation starts, so i was forced to wait for the next bus, because they were late. Absurd

    App doesn't allow mixing of tickets on the same bill, had to buy tickets for myself and my family on seperate bills because of difference in return dates and the discount code i had was not able to be used on all tickets. Very frustrating.

    don't recommend this company for a few reasons. Firstly, there is no physical location or American phone number to call or communicate with the customer service representative. Secondly, there is no punctuality and accuracy in there timing. The location they put on the ticket is not clear and easy to reach. Also, the time of the trip is different from the time on the printed ticket. One time the time on the printed ticket was 8am and the online ticket was 730am, so when I missed my trip, they d

    Sorry to be all over the place, but the website started it! It can't decide if we are in Europe or US. Cities are listed, but they don't exist. I wish we were sitting together and I could show you the navigation issues I had. The developers are earning their paychecks these days, but it really is very confusing.     Absolutely no help for lost luggage. I tried to contact them and just got directed to a very unhelpful chatbot with no option to talk to a real person. I filled out a form and have not received ANY updates on the status of my lost luggage Edit: "Working hard to avoid this" is an empty sentiment, give me back my luggage

    Ride was awesome but some WiFi don't connect. I always travel with flixbus and I enjoy it every ride. But please let's still maintain the 1.5m distance because I see some passengers asking to sit together with another that is not right at the moment.

    I have been trying to book this ride for three times and I don't even know its round trip its messed up. I had tried to book a round trip to Las Vegas and a return to Phoenix. I did everything properly and the money was taken out of my account and then the money was put back into my account. This happened three times. So then I booked two one way to Las Vegas for my girlfriend and I and they went through. Also when we were traveling, there was a woman complaining about not stopping so she could get a drink. The bus driver told her that because there was a delay because there was a problem with a passengers ticket, That is why she could not stop.I thought the customer was always right. She should not blame it on the passengers.

    Extremely difficult to select place of departure / arrival you have to scroll down hundreds of places before you get what you want and you even find that it is not listed e.g NICE. you have to google Nice/Milan flixbus book. Then I do not know why prices appear in Sterling or Dollars and no way to choose payment in Euros. Also there is no way to find your easiest route e.g. going to Lugano I discovered it would have been easier to get off at Busto Arsizio which costs less.

    This app was good up until I canceled and tried to rebook now it won't even accept my credit card I tried with a different credit card and won't accept it I've tried with four different credit cards it's a pain in the ass plus I lost my bag they haven't let me know anything about it..... but at first it worked good but trying to get somebody to talk to you is pure hell you get nowhere with this app. they took my money twice and didn't even give me a ticket so yeah it sucks.

    I've used Flixbus several times before over the past few years and have generally been very happy with the service, but their app doesn't seem to be improving. There seems to be a bug when trying to fill in a destination and now the app doesn't recognize my email address in order to recover my password, although I did receive a booking confirmation on that same address. Weird. Would be nice to get these issues solved.

    The app do not notify about cancelations (maybe due COVID, since they do not want us to claim for refunds). I had to wait for a while for the bus until I found a mail with the cancelation (from a couple of days earlier). I know it is a low wage bus line, but they could improve these features. I had to pay ove 100 euros to get a replacement

    It took me two days in order to book a ticket on the bus that I was coming back from out of town on..! And it will not let me switch my seats...! But the price was taken out immediately. I could not get a refund but was ordered a voucher.. and I will not accept about you because I will not travel on your.. I did not travel on your bus so I need my money back but I was not given an option after reading that I could get a cash refund back...! Your company is stealing people's money..

    FlixBus lost it's way because of corona . On board toilets don't work ( that's normal) and busses don't stop for even a toilet break ( that's greed) if you don't ask. They put a lot of pressure to be on time for drivers. Drivers are really stressed because company don't want busses to be idle. Always working.     1st time taking a bus. I took Flixbus from Dallas to Houston the day after Thanksgiving. Positives: the bus was clean and was on time. Not so positives: the driver was an ass. I couldn't find the booking number on the ticket on the phone. He said to show him my phone, he enlarged the screen & found it. I told him thanks saying this was my 1st time on a bus but he cut me off, gruffly saying, "Get on the bus, we're leaving. " Also there were no wifi, no TP, no charging. You get what you pay for!

    If you looking for advice, do not travel with this company. Its cheap but it ruined all of your plans . Just dosen't worth it. I had a ticket from berlin to paris we had a chenge in Dresden . In Dresden from the bus that should have come 11 come 12:12 and plus to that refuse to take us . I had to sleep in street of Dresden last night and there is no hotels are open .its not the firsttime this happens and sincenow one i ask everyoneto do not travel with flixbus. I gonna file a complaint. DONT

    App is fine. Serviceable. Though multiple times in booking a table seat, a bus arrives that has no tables at all! Begging the question why the option was even given. And no refund or support given (though admittedly the cost is only a few euro). The current situation seems to be blatantly ignored, with the entire bus available to be booked - hey, masks don't work all to great if the 300lb man snoring next to you is practically on your shoulder.

    I've used flixbus 2x, great experience. It was before the pandemic, but I definitely enjoyed my trips. Definitely will recommend to others. I do feel they should update some features in the app, and expand to more states traveling from Texas. I feel they should have one security a board to search items being put on the bus. An last I think that there should be more discounts, I barely see the 99 cents tickets any more. Other than that love the bus, the seat belts, customer service, etc........

    Absolutely out of this world bad and insane! I had to pay 4 euro cash for my luggage, every passenger did, even for the smallest bags, otherwise we would not be allowed to board! We had tickets! The driver was also not wearing a mask, didn't ask for a covid test result which is a requirement by law, and was aggressive in his communication with passengers. I have experienced a lot of bad things with flixbus including a nazi driver but this is the most threatening situation in terms of traveling.

    This was wasted service. It gives sometimes wrong information. It was not provided platform number with online ticket. On counter ticket are more expansive. In case they have to refund full waste service they cut cancellation fee. You have to get lots of documents from their office and submit them via courier or any mean to their office in berlin then only refund was done. So it cost again some euro. So finally you think why i should waste my time do all this.

    The bus service is poor and is not synched to the app. For example, on my trip from Tucson to Phoenix yesterday, the bus never showed, yet the app showed we were on time! 45 minutes AFTER the scheduled departure time, while still waiting at the stop, I was notified that I had been rebooked. The rebooking synced to the app, but the prior route still showed on time. Today, on my return trip, the bus loaded and took us to a bus yard where we sat for over half an hour. The app of course showed we were on time which of course we could not be. The app now says we have arrived at our destination, but we are still more than a half hour away from the destination. We are still enroute and will be more than 45 minutes late, but the app says we arrived!

    well, at first it seemed affordable, and nice choice as a transport. Now that I have tried it, not worthy! 1st: cannot buy ticket online, it doesn't accept my card, and even my account was blocked because of flixbus transactions. As this is the case, I have to buy it from ticket offices, which we cannot find everywhere, and most of the times cannot use vouchers. Also, staff is not helpful when the bus is late, drivers are not polite and dont even bother to listen.

    The bus ride from Flagstaff to Tucson with great but once you got the Tucson U of A carport if you don't know Tucson AZ can give fly can you a map when you get off the bus if the U of A campus other than that it was a fun experience.

    It's excellent and low cost always as per passenger requirements in pre-booking within Europe and out.I better support FlixTrain and FlixAeroplain in future :)Also good for pooling globally by FlixPool vehicles for Free public travel like in Luxembourg

    It would be great if when booking a trip I could actually see the entire months calendar. However it cuts off the last week of every month. Just wonderful. Along with the fact the "locate my bus" never works. It does not make a very good decoration for the app, just in case there was any confusion or questions the developers were not quite sure about.

    It's great and cheap... unless you're having payment issues. Prices close to the departure time go up to $42!!! For no reason other than to take advantage of people in sticky situations. Not to mention the bus was at maybe 40% capacity. I almost got stranded out of town because I couldnt a afford the extortionate prices. I was really disappointed after using it a few times already. Not gonna be using this anymore simply due to this unethical behavior.

    App itself is good. Easy to handle and reliable. But am getting disappointed in the service. This used to be a fast and cheap way to travel. Loved the idea 6 years ago. Then slowly they started to get more and more annoying and with that more and more expensive. At some point there was a service fee even if you bought your ticket on the app. Why?! Then they removed that but now there's an option to reserve seats, when before it was no issue to sit where it was possible. Clearly getting greedy!

    I have used this app 2 times so far. Besides the bus being inexpensive, it has not been reliable. I have experienced them being 2 hours late for a pick up, bus drivers being rude, and being charged for a ticket that I did not receive and having to argue to get my money back. Overall not pleased with the service and I think I'll go back to Amtrak. At least they have been reliable.

    Horrible app and service. Waited almost 3 hours past when we should have been picked up just to find out the bus had been cancelled. Customer service can only rarely be reached. My friend and I are young girls we were stranded in a parking lot downtown. Very unsafe and now I am going to miss work. FLIXBUS IS HORRIBLE. Use Greyhound or Megabus. It's definitely not worth it.

    It usually doesn't show the bus position properly and also it's really hard to find a number for the customers line which only works till 20:00, why??? It should work till the last bus finishes that day. Once my bus didn't come at all and as I was waiting more than an hour in cold, I've lost my money and couldn't leave the town since it was the last bus coming from there and the app didn't said almost anything anything, neither the phone line.

    The app actually lied to me concerning where and when the bus is going to depart. I watched the track the app told me the bus was arriving 20 mins late, only to be told later that it actually was only 10 minutes late and had already departed later at the *other side of the bus station*! Either dirplay correct information, or don't do it at all, dammit! Also, the email address doesn't exist. I'm not claiming that they killed the address due to so much negative feedback, but it is the first explanation that comes to mind.

    The GPS system of where the bus location is supposed to be does not work. our first bus driver was 30 minutes late. for the return trip back, the bus driver checked my husband and I into the bus, early, and then she left us at the bus stop without us in it. From a safety perspective, we are not on the bus, even though in their system it states that we are. We called customer service and they said they would talk to a manager, but there were no English speaking managers on a Monday.

    App is useless unless you're on the bus/want to book a ticket. I lost my luggage and there's absolutely no function on the app to solve that or even contact the company. The lost items form only opens on the website and it's never updated. When I call, the English service doesn't work. I'm not sure if I'm more disappointed by the app or the company's service in general.

    Awful company, zero customer service. Do not rely on these people for anything!!!! I booked a ticket on this app from Austin to New Orleans. Some 4 hours later I receive a notification saying the booking has been cancelled. I call the customer service and they can't find my confirmation number. I give them some other information and they confirm that it's cancelled. I ask for a refund and they tell me I have to send another email to customer service to ask for a refund!

    It can turn your vacation a disaster. the service has downgraded a lot in 3 years. the customer service tells you false information about the bus schedules. promises to call back in 30 minutes and then no call. the bus stops are not properly defined. it is the 3rd time I have missed my bus even after reaching the bus stop 2 hours before departure time. the white flux buses are pathetic. there is absolutely nill co-operation from the customer service once the money is paid for the tickets.

    The app itself works fine, sent me alerts that the bus was going to be late, though it didn't allow me to reserve a seat. Trouble is everything else: rude drivers bad at driving. No refunds, took forever to get to a chat - reps who helped me were friendly, tho. On the bus itself there is very little leg room. But perhaps worst of all is the people. OMG! How were some ever allowed into Europe even: STINKY, loud, rude. Then again, also loud, rude Europeans. Not worth it.

    Customer service was really helpful and easy to reach when i needed to change my ticket. We left. As soon as all reserved had arrived. The bus was brand new and in excellent condition. The chargers worked but wifi did not. The bus driver said it was because the bus was only one week old. We arrived about 20 minutes late but there were no connections with that particular bus it seemed. I noticed the bus had lane assist and other safety technology. Overall a great trip from okc to Houston.

    There is a big problem with how you pay for your ride. Credit card works fine, the rest.. uhm.. not so much. For years I was paying with my standard bank account and now I am being told that this is no longer possible even though it's the same agency (RatePay) which processes the payments. I found many others who had the same problem and the responses they got from FlixBus were underwhelming to say the least. It's one of the biggest bus cooperating businesses and should therefore act accordingly.

    I think its a good deal and flixbus is simply amazing for us. it is cheap and the bus is clean. The app is also good but I hope there are foods available because we had a long trip. :) The thing I didn't like is that they can change your booking anytime they want and it will definitely ruin your schedule. so if that did not happen maybe I will gove them 5 stars.

    I love the app. It's on my phone and laptop. It's easy and convenient to use. I purchase my ticket, get a confirmation number and I'm on my way. If I don't print it out, I give the driver my confirmation number and show my identification and I'm on my way. Inexpensive travel especially if you are low income or no income. The ride is always safe and pleasant. The drivers are very knowledgeable about the routes and company policy.

    The bus either arrives hours late or leaves early. In the case that it leaves early, there are no options to change tickets and customer service is very lax and uncooperative. I use intercity travel several times a year and this company has been the worst experience I have had thus far. I sincerely hope that there are some major changes but, until then I wouldn't advise any friends or family to use this service.

    Eventually works: I had to change my ticket and the voucher that was shown by the application disappeared after few days. Had to check out the emails to get it back. Then I tried to make a payment by payPal but it failed even if the procedure said everything went fine. I've waited for 15 minutes before trying another payment option.

    You have serious problems with your OS. There was no link to a map that showed where I was to depart from. There was no "contact us" accessible and no customer service number. I had to do an extensive Google search to find your location in Los Angeles. Consequently, I arrived 5 minutes late and had to purchase a second ticket for a departure. Your "no refunds" policy is acceptable when your sytem works properly but I am upset that I had to purchase a second ticket.

    The app doesn't show you where the bus is which can be frustrating when it's running late. There are text alerts but I didn't get anything telling me my bus was an hour late. The service is great I just wish communication and app notifications were better for routes to ease with the stress of travel. That way I'm not standing on the street for 2 hours.

    Can and should be improved. The app does not specify in detail where the bus STOP is located. This is absurd. Also, once, I had to change my reservation: I had to call the customer service to get that done, because with the app I was not able to do it: the indicated procedure does nothing! Also, frequently the function "where is your bus?" doesn't work: it says that there is no signal....

    Worst ever experience....! I felt worst experience for the first time. The app is creepy and providing ambiguity, where it made me book ticket to someother place other than desired destination. They say that within an hour a person can change if any mistakes done for free. Understanding the app itself takes an hour. And even if we call them they don't respond. I have called to customer service even after 10 min no one picked up the call, again for 6 min no one. I just cancelled the booking and lost 3 euros for their body ambiguous phrases of the app.

    My experience with this service has been terrible. The bus never arrives at my designated stop on time according to my ticket and is consistently at least a hour and a half or more late to my destination. Good for people who arent strict on time, but if you are looking to get to a place on a strict schedule, this is a terrible option.

    It should ve arrived at 14:25 i was there 15 mins before, i waited to get into the bus because it was raining then i got an email that it is going to be an hour late. I wouldn't be mad if i would've got that message earlier, not when i was there. Also, after waiting for some time, I get another email that it was delayed again by 20 more minutes. I needed to get to Amsterdam as soon as possible so i took a train. I tried to search if you guys have a refund policy but aparently you don't.

    The app itself is good and quite intuitive, but the fact that you can't turn off those bloody push notifications about special discounts and offers makes all that unbearable. Every now and then I see a push notification like that, I want to turn that off. There MUST be a built-in option, I don't want to turn off all notifications, e.g. notifications about my current trips are pretty much desired, whereas bloody ads have no place here. 1 star as for now, fix this and I'll raise to 5 stars.

    I found one very big inconvenience. If you book a return ticket and want to change a return time for last segment and you cancel it, system doesn't issue a refund. So you need to cancel the whole trip, not just a last segment. Expected behavior: there should be a possibility to change the time for all trip's segments independently.

    I bought tickets for 2 adults and a baby of 6 months from Copenhagen to Aalborg. In app you can chose between 0-11 years. When we went to take the bus the driver told me I didn't bring an autochair for the baby, even though it said no where in the app when we bought the tickets. He left us in Copenhagen at 16 o'clock. They didn't care about the baby, they didn't find any solution and didn't give my money back. I am still waiting about refund for the money for the tickets that we couldn't use.

    I had a TERRIBLE experience travelling from Prague to Berlin last night. The departure was delayed by 115 minutes. I was already at the station waiting for the bus when I got the notification by the app just 30 minutes before departure. I had no other choice but to wait for the bus for another 2 hours in the cold outside because the authorities there also closed the station. Had I been informed earlier, I would have gone for an alternate plan. The best part is you get a compensation only if the departure is delayed by more than 120 minutes. Wow! I sent an email to the customer service and no reply. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service.

    A very worst experience: I was traveling in N24 Route from Stuttgart (Kornwestheim) to Göttingen on December 30, 2019. I was asked to pay for extra luggage even though i had ticket for it. I also showed them the allowable weight for extra baggage in ticket. They chose not to listen. And at the end, they said I can board only if I pay them. I ended up paying 10€ for which they haven't gave me any bill also. The worst part is, I took a transfer from Göttingen, where I did not face that problem.

    We had booked a bus and knew nothing about its cancellation although we checked the app constantly. It didn't say anything about it. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the next one. Don't book this bus without a plan B or if you got a meeting to catch right after arrival. Long bus travels are very exhausting. But if you're on a tight budget this is cheaper than a train.

    Scheduled my first ride with FlixBus; hard to find an address where they were picking up and dropping off; woke up the next day to an alert that my bus had been cancelled and they were putting me on a bus boarding an hour later from the original time (that wouldn't work, I would be crazy late to work) so, I canceled, they offered a refund for the ticket and not for the full amount, I accepted and its bee 10 days and still haven't received the refund; now I can't get into contact with anyone

    Unreliable! Yes, the service is cheap but you pay for what you get. They cancel trips without any notifications and have the worst customer service ever! They give you a hard time when it comes to refunds. I wouldn't recommend unless you don't mind your trip getting cancelled and finding out once you are at your stop waiting.

    It just so happens that during the ticket sale my payment cannot be accepted due to error D04. I have previously bought tickets with the same card. My friends card can not be accepted as well nor can my credit and debit cards. Googled the problem just to find out it is quite common.Will not try any other suggested methods of payment. I want to be able to pay with the same card I have been paying so far. Not to mention that by the time the problem is solved tickets will be sold out or not as cheap

    Upon buying my ticket it didn't show up in the tickets section. Instead there was an error message there claiming that the transaction was not completed. I repeated the transaction only to find out that i now purchased an additional ticked I did not need. When I tried to get a refund for the extra ticlet, that was of course only possible through a voucher which I don't want. Since it was not my mistake but the app's glitch, they should just give my money back. Edit: sent the complaint, waiting

    My last trips have been very good!! I had no delays and the buses in general are very good. This last trip the bus driver was very polite and did a very good job communicating what was happening in the trip. The bus was very nice and the toilet was clean. The app works well also, just the "where is my bus" never works. Overall I am very satisfied about. Ah, I edited this review because I did not find how to write a new one. Today is 11/11/2019.

    Sorry but, after taking over some of the other companies it would have been nice to keep the same schedule, people actually need to commute. Nobody needs three buses simultaneously at 0:45 from Cottbus to Berlin. Maybe one at 7 am and one 7 pm , or any other user friendly times. You miss out a lot of potential, commuters between these two cities have take the expensive trains now. Post bus and myberlinbus did a better job.

    DEFINITELY RECOMMEND <3!! Great experience with the app! I would. Defiantly not only recommend the Flixbus app but also traveling with the company. I have used Flixbus for all my travels within Europe (most of the time to flying or taking the train). Not only is it cheaper, but I have found it comfortable. It might take longer but the journey has been great. The bus drivers have been friendly, thorough with checking ticket and ID, helpful and deligemt drivers.

    The app, as a utility for booking tickets, is very easy to use, however, and I can only speak as a Danish user, it is quite confusing to book tickets for Aarhus and Copenhagen, since they both contain 2-3 options and usually don't display the full name of the particular bus stop. Another issue, you cannot track the bus' position in real time, so if it is parked at the Copenhagen Central station bus stop, it can be anywhere between 12 buses on a 2 mile stretch of road. That is quite problematic.

    Not worth it to go with Flixbus. They're late more often than not. Out of 17 trips with them the bus was late at least 10-12 times. It was from 10 min to 2 hours one time. 3or 4 times the app mentioned the delay, the rest if the time we just had to wait. App doesn't provide any way to directly contact them, googled the number once and started calling every time the bus is late. Even worse, they're very dismissive of complaints. Other bus services are cheaper anyways! Never Flixbus again!

    The app as bad as the FlixBus service itself. If you canceled a trip you should call your customers or at list send an email. On app level it should be done as a push notification and not as an in-app notification. Also, it would be nice if the app reflects canceled trips and not still show them! FlixBus doesn't care about UX and customer support. And why they should if there is no other options
