    Excellent!!! That's how all booking sites should be. All important stuff is in, and non-essential stuff is out. Way to go for other bus/train operators. Indeed,airline apps can also learn a thing or two from its clarity, user-friendliness and, crucially, being above board about all options and expenses. Getting a refund for cancelled trip and using it towards the next one was a breeze! And their rating requests for every trip go a long way in explaining why Flixbus is consistently good.

    If they cancel the trip or there is an epidemic you still only get a voucher. You need to make sure your read the fine print when it says refund, means voucher. In my opinion we should get a full refund.

    Very unhelpful in stressful circumstances. I had heard about this app being glitch and booking the wrong tickets before I signed up. Unfortunately it happened to me and it was very distressing. I booked a ticket for the way back up from Portland to Seattle, but it duplicated my original ticket, so I ended up with two tickets to the same place for one person. Canceling the ticket and purchasing a new one had to be a bigger pain in the ass then when my Donkey had his tonsils removed.

    The only thing worse than the app is their non-existent, rude excuse of a customer service department. They cancelled my booking at the last moment due to the coronavirus and refused to issue a refund only a voucher which I will not use.

    It could be all nice and easy, and you would think if you book a ticket on the app, you just pull it up and you're good to go. Except when the destination on the app is so ambiguous, you end up on the wrong station (also a Flixbus station, mind you) and miss your bus completely. I have written them about my unused ticket 10 days ago and still haven't gotten an answer. Later I found the right address in the ticket they sent me in email - but that just goes against the purpose of using an app.

    Although they claim they have WiFi and power plugs, they *never* work - it's my fifth trip in a row where I can't charge my phone. They don't reply or take any action on complaints about that via the app, they even have a specific "plugs not working" category that makes me think it's just company policy to have them not working.

    A+ personal service on the phone and with the driver Tge app is amazingly simple and easy to read and understand. I love it! i have some disabilities with my leg's & knees and the driver was very helpful, professional, and very kind in helping me on and off the bus. The bus is very nice as well. Clean, cool, and smooth to ride. The only thing for me personally is that I need to get in better comditioning for me to be more comfortable in these nice seats.

    Decent kept declined my card but after manually putting info into app it took payment? Maybe a bug??? Idk I thought it was because the corona virus??

    I am European based (NL) and frequently use Flixbus and the app. So far I haven't encountered much difficulties as other people have described. I find it very easy to use, also for payments. Yes, there are things to improve.for example I've noticed that after I downloaded the app I never get SMS notifications. Many times it's impossible to locate the bus, once it showed it was in another city and would be 20min delayed yet it arrived 1min after the notification.

    APP IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. APP ACTS LIKE A SCAM, displaying error messages getting you to perform same action twice, and you pay twice. If you gotta use this service buy your tickets via desktop. I got charged 2x for the cancellation of the same ticket. App showed the same screen after each attemp. Eventually I cancelled it via desktop and got charged again. Customer service is poor. APP SHOWS ERRORS. "Unable to process payment" and yet you get CHARGED TWICE if try to pay again.

    This app is unreliable, the teams are mostly uninformative.tried to cancel a trip I had because i missed the first bus due to misinformation about a delay and the bus's location. Second half of the trip was insured and way before the bus would arrive but since i missed the first bus of the order : no way to cancel anything, no money back, nothing. Oh, and the sat-nav localisation is wrong or not working with their buses. Why add a feature that doesn't work. Misinformation by text on delays.

    I bought tickets for 2 adults and a baby of 6 months from Copenhagen to Aalborg. In app you can chose between 0-11 years. When we went to take the bus the driver told me I didn't bring an autochair for the baby, even though it said no where in the app when we bought the tickets. He left us in Copenhagen at 16 o'clock. They didn't care about the baby, they didn't find any solution and didn't give my money back. I am still waiting about refund for the money for the tickets that we couldn't use.

    Usually app is good, but for past few times after I'm redirected to pay the ticket, payment goes through, I don't get the confirmation or the ticket in the app anymore. Happened at 3 times by now. Email ticket also arrives much later, so it's 'scary' not having the ticket confirmation.. Above described problem is still occasionally happening: after purchasing a ticket and successful payment confirmation; ticket doesn't appear in the app! :/

    Everytime it said buy ticket and I would choose that option it would kick me out and it would not let me return to the same location. I would have to repurchase my ticket again. After three times of repurchasing. It finally went to confirmation. I am currently trying to close this out but it will not respond. Therefore, I cannot send you a copy of the statement from American Express showing I was charged three times for one trip.

    I bought a ticket for my college student online and when she arrived at the gate to board the bus she was turned away because her ticket had my name instead of hers. Should be an easy fix right? NO!!! I ended up buying another ticket over the phone on the spot and . So afterwards I attempted to return the unused ticket and get a refund. They make it hard to contact them. I can even get in touch with a live voice every correspondence came from a computer screen.

    Impossible to find any help on travel into and out of Italy. I had a booking. It was rearranged a few days ago making the return leg overnight. Not what I wanted. But can't cancel and get a refund. Only get a voucher. I can't believe the bus will even run (Nice to Rome and return) given the lockdown. AirBnB refunded accommodation without a quibble. Think twice before using this service.

    App function is very good, but I had a problem with making change the Departure time for the ticket and I had to Cancel it and make a new reservation and I had to pay the cancellation fee 5€ so rebooking function is not actually working . But the bus service and everything else is the Top.

    It usually doesn't show the bus position properly and also it's really hard to find a number for the customers line which only works till 20:00, why??? It should work till the last bus finishes that day. Once my bus didn't come at all and as I was waiting more than an hour in cold, I've lost my money and couldn't leave the town since it was the last bus coming from there and the app didn't said almost anything anything, neither the phone line.

    Disappointed with their punctuality. Everytime I miss my other bus/train because flix bus can't keep up time. Either too early or too late. Even the "where is my bus" status in the app is barely active. Update - Today the bus got delayed by 1 hour! All because the driver decided to wait for a girl who wanted to go pick up her passport from her hotel! I would really prefer changing two trains next time onwards.

    Absolutely useless if you've already bought a ticket online. I expected an app where I could register my ticket using my reference code and see the details for my travel, like many other travel apps, but I guess the developers didn't see how that could be useful to some people. My email from FlixBus had a link to this app, promising exact locations of their bus stops, but it's not possible to zoom in on the map and if you click on the bus stop they just redirect you to Google maps. Pointless.

    It's simply impossible to pay on this app! I've been paying my trips through the website on my laptop, but today I downloaded the app because I want to redeem my student 10% discount and I've tried all the 3 ways of payment...and nothing! Why is this happening on the app? It's so frustating to try all the alternatives and spend so much time trying to pay and it doesn't work!

    first time using the app, was easy to book my reservation the month the day the time, it give you options from where that was nice, and the best part you can pick your seat for a little more but it's not bad the prices are fabulous I'm really going to take advantage of this flixbus now I can go see my daughter more often if everything goes well be checking back after my trip.

    The app is working just fine. Buses are usually on time, but sometimes seats are very uncomfortable. Also there's no point in seat reservation, because driver tells you just to take free place, and sometimes particular types of seats (like table seats which are available on app) are nonexistent on the bus.

    I missed the bus because it was operated by different company which was mentioned on the tickets with super small letters. If the busses are supposed to look absolutely different just use huge red letters. How am I supposed to notice this?

    Not intuitive. User unfriendly oldschool. Difficult to storn a ticket - poor graphics. U receive an email with the code for the next discount travel. And u still see your tickets as valid in the app. There is no history of actions. It is like 3 ecosystems not cooperating together. I don't like it.

    The app does not have any ADA option for if you are disabled and use a power chair, manual care, scooter or any other medical/service animal etc. The app allows you to select your cities and then it allows you to go through the process but it does not give any kind of accessibility options so if a person that's in a wheelchairit doesn't know that you are in a wheelchair when you book a trip.I could not see a customer service number or in the hours of operation on any of the Pages while booking.

    Now I can't buy multiple tickets in just one time, cause when I select a ticket I'm taken to the screen to buy it and if I go back is like unselecting it. Plus I DON'T SEE THE TICKETS I BOUGHT ON THE APP, so I can't get any updates about the buses. It used to work perfectly

    Definitely the best option for low cost transportation. Much cheaper and faster than either Greyhound or Amtrak, the FlixBus experience was excellent in every way. Fast routes, good bus drivers, comfortable seating and free entertainment. Definitely worth booking your travel with FlixBus.

    UPDATE: NOW FEB 1ST. ( first comment made in Dec) Still unable to buy tix via app paypal,google pay etc.. keep getting error code. I had to go in person to pay for my tickets Can't buy tickets on line!! The encryption for security needs to be addressed. It is not my credit card I tried several and even asked a friend to purchase tickets for me. No DEAL KEEPS SAYING USE ANOTHER CARD. I.RESET MY COOKIES NO LUCK. UNINSTALLED RE-INSTALLED.NO LUCK. THIS SUCKS. **Bus was VERY CLEAN **

    Flixbus itself is a great thing but when the app starts to be annoying with advertisements (of its own) and warns me in the morning while driving with a "Huge ticket sale" I delete it immediately. In addition to useful apps I need my peace of mind as well and no app is exception here.

    Horrible sometimes payments process sometimes bad data message when its all the correct data and my card. Call customer service they offer no actual support or service just repeat options to try. Then tell you well wait an hour and try again....really to book a ticket for tonight. Horrible

Although, if willing to endure looping 'Help' platform and/or call number hunt, the FAQs are thorough and access to human rep is direct.

    U get what you pay for. Sometimes the buses are more than 20 mins late. And you have to look for where the bus stop actually is. That's mainly the apps fault. Bus seats are ok, like any average charter bus. You can charge your phonr on bus. But no wifi. In short: you trade convenience for cheaper price

    FLIX in general is an amazing bus system from what I have experienced and the app itself is easy to navigate and go around. You may have a little trouble figuring out the stop addresses, but once you figure it out the first time, it's easier all the other times.

    Non-starter. Unable to plan a trip to (relatively nearby) listed destinations because the booking section doesn't include my chosen destination. No other help offered thru app or website. Alternative (affiliated) Eurolines info totally obsolete and as such, misleading. No contact info available.

    Flixbus was super ok until they introduced the inefficient place reservation system. The buses are poorly or not equipped with a digital system to inform that a place was already reserved for a certain length of the journey. This creates confusion when you are asked to move to another place by some angry passanger. I understand that Flixbus is a low cost company, but finding inefficient marketing strategies to push their clients to pay some extra euro for a place reservation is barely legal.

    I'm so glad FlixBus is now serving West coast! In addition to making bus travel between cities cheaper and more comfortable here, the app is excellent (as opposed to Bolt Bus's disaster of an "app"). FlixBus one is fully featured, responsive, and well-designed. Thank you!

    It is fast and efficient. There are little bugs that i hope will be solved. For example, some times after reservation it goes to the payment by credit cards and does not let you to use your vouchers. Still 4 stars means great 🌟🌟🌟🌟

    Tried So Many F***ING Times and For Toooo Many Hours to Book a Trip and This SCREWED UP APP Won't Allow Me to Enter the Proper Information to Book Trip. With that being said I Would WARN EVERYBODY to AVOID THIS "FLIXBUS" APP.ONLY WAY I WOULD THINK ANYBODY SHOULD "TRY" to Use App is If You Have a Whole Bunch of VALIUMS or ANYTHING IN THAT MEDICATION AREA..From a Rating 1-10 , I Would Give it at Least a Minus 10..

    Not able to add multiple trips to cart. What a pain. Missing this basic function. Browser site can do it fine but I got a coupon code/voucher for being a new customer and the browser says I can only use the voucher in the app. Terrible.

    Payment is not happening. Amount from card is always deducted , though it shows error AD04 or AD02. And Tickets are not booked. No details of failed or succesful transactions. Money is not refunded. No way to trace the money.

    Price showed through the app are really too high. What's happened to you algorithm?! Better find another way to travel. Please fix this, it is terrible and it's absolutely not fair. If you don't wanna loose clients you'd better change pricing based on users past travels.

    The Bus itself is wonderful and good pricing, but the app sucks and has cost me multiple tickets in fees due to sending me to the wrong location and misbooking me. Cancellation and change booking fees are ridiculous (more than half the price paid). Please work on your app.

    First time user. Bus was very late and not on the map. Called several times, they said 5-10 minutes each time. I waited an 1 1/2 HOURS in below freezing temperatures after dark. The last time I called they admitted to never knowing where the bus was, the lost it some time ago and could not contact the driver. Even after several people confirmed the bus SHOULD be 5 mins away, no one could track the bus. I was offered either a refund on my trip, OR a free ticket on the next bus, leaving after 12am

    You have serious problems with your OS. There was no link to a map that showed where I was to depart from. There was no "contact us" accessible and no customer service number. I had to do an extensive Google search to find your location in Los Angeles. Consequently, I arrived 5 minutes late and had to purchase a second ticket for a departure. Your "no refunds" policy is acceptable when your sytem works properly but I am upset that I had to purchase a second ticket.

    After cancellation of the first trip i could not rebook new tickets online and refunded with "voucher" equal to the half price of ticket. I have had to pay directly to driver several times more than initial amount.

    Very smooth ride, good english, good working WIFI, spacious leg room and on time! The app is fantasntic, it tells you where you are Live. And will show you prices of nearby places you could go.

    Flixbus is an good way to travel to and from. The only problem is when a person pays for a reserved seats you guys need to put a sign on the seat with that person name, saying "this seat is reserved" and put the person name on the reserved card .... Other then that Flixbus would get 5stars if they fix that problem

    Once you get everything set up its easy. Something that is a little frustrating is when you pay for reserve seats and someone is in your seat. Bus drives should pay more attention to that.

    Fast, and super easy. Notifications, and searching pickup locations are convenient. Sending or Syncing travel information is great, especially when using your own calendar.

    Awesome app and services but the app does not separate between bus and train. I booked a train and the app says "Where is your bus". That is a bit confusing.

    GARBAGE. i tried to see if it was possible to get a refund on my ticket and when i decided not to, it refunded me anyways and i had to pay a service fee to rebuy them, only for them to reassign us tickets not together so i had to return and buy them again. All and all i paid 3 service fees for tickets i wasnt trying to return.

    You should fix the iDeal issue! I have ING bank and can't buy a ticket, because your app and website struggles with opening the ING app so I can't pay. I ended up buying a train ticket!!

    I had a great and nice service with flixbus. But I suggest that the bus from essen to Turin(496) must be furnished with wifi. The wifi is not working. The driver says it is not working.

    Most bad bus, I missed very important appointments because of it! I booked bus it will depart at 18:50 and i didn't book the bus after at departs at 17:10 and after arriving to the station i found that the bus will delay 40 minutes, crazy really after even the next bus.

    Flixbus app is easy to use, but it would be great to integrate FlixTrain or have the apps communicate with one another- I double booked, but cant see tickets from the FlixTrain app

    What is the problem with the date of birth section?? Why did I have to scroll back through the calendar to get to the relevant year.? SO annoying. Please fix this

    Great prices, comfortable timings. Has connections to major cities. Buses are clean and comfortable. The best part is non stop or only one stop trip.

    Great service, I've had over 50 trips and I haven't experienced any issues whatsoever. Only thing I'm missing in the app is the dark mode or AMOLED black mode.

    App needs a lot of work - for example when searching for stops - we need a search window and/or alphabetical, country/state search.




    I actually found it pretty convenient but not only that but faster than usual I used to take the Greyhound forever no disappointments for the Flixbus 💯

    I never received an email from them for the newsletter to get a voucher they make it very hard to get a voucher other than that it seems like a very good app I'm very good bus ride I will be experiencing a bus ride with them on April 7th we'll see how it goes

    Very easy and not heavy, nice to not use paper ans use only the QR code for checking in the bus. My bus today left on time and arrive on time, was excellent.

    It was a good experience i have no problems except when i was going to paris i couldn't connect to the internet it was a euro lines bus with FlixBus written on it

    Aplication works great,only problem are travellers who are taking reserved seats so you need to discuss with them to claim what you paid for-seat reservations.

    I cannot buy ticket online. There is some problem with the payment service in flixbus within a few months. I want to move by flixbus but I cannot because of the payment service error.

    It's a solution for Europe traveling. There are some troubles sometimes with delays and skewed route. But price/quality level is amazing

    This bus service is amazing!!! One of my migraine triggers is smell and the fact that the Flixbus doesn't smell like a toilet makes my trip realizing and enjoyable.

    The very first time i used Flix was good, almost everytime since then has been awful. Customer service is nonexistent and i currently have been stuck on a bus broken down on the side of the rode for over 2 hours.
