Customer support UX is non existent. After receiving something else than I ordered, I opened a ticket (which is a joke with 24 hour reply considering this is a time sensitive business). Next day I woke up to my 'issue resolved' but no further explanation, and unable to open the 'ticket for further info or reply'. My food still nowhere (nor my money for that matter) Contacting facebook im told to send an email (Really?). Still waiting 3 days later... Lame, as the competitor excels in this field.

The app itself is okay. However the only problem I have is that the menu is still in Hungarian and everything else is in English. Edit: after the change it got worse, the timing is horrible and the food is almost always late. Also, after the delivery I never get an option tor ate the delivery / food. Now giving 1 star.

Thought I'd give them a chance and see if the brand change meant anything. Nope. 34 minutes estimated delivery time, 2 hours later no food only a cancellation email. Of course by that time everything closed so no dinner.

Color scheme in the new app is horrible, and flash discounts when opening the app have disappeared.

I placed an order 1 hour ago, with expected delivery time of 65 mins. Now the app says it is still 35-45 minutes before the food arrives. In better places (I.e.: wolt) this is the point when someone from customer service gets in touch with you and apologizes and offers you some credits. Here there is no one to contact... I hoped that the brand change will result some improvement in the quality. I was wrong.

Terrible. I have ordered a pizza and the expected delivery time was 29 minutes. After 95 minutes I got nothing. The pizza company's phone number not available. The food panda do not have even a phone number. On the webpage there is only a stupid answering machine no customer service. Never ever.

My orders always delay not less than 2 hours every time I order I receive message says less than 5 minutes and it will arrive and guess what? It ends up with 2 hours delay and could be longer until I call the restaurant who never pick up so finally I have to reach out via email to have my order delivered. This is the last time I order from your service.

This applocation is terrible. They braught the pizza late and without yhe drink. They even didnt bother to give the drink s money back. The pizza was burnt and it gave me and my girlfriend stomachach and nobody cared about it

I was pretty surprised after the brand change. I don't really care if it still works fine. I just have one suggestion that should have been already in the app. Please put visible comments and ratings section for each restaurant. So people can rate and comment about the order and the restaurant. Therefore whenever we want to try a new restaurant we can read the comments and see some ratings.
