Works great, I love all the customizable features within the app for our deluxe soother...my only complaint is, I wish I could lock the device buttons so its only operational through the app; my kid won't stop touching the device and changes the settings. Lol

We've had the Fisher Price device for a year now and both the device and the app suck. The app takes forever to load, the volume adjustment is terrible. It will be too loud but if you go down a notch it's way too low to hear. There have been several times where the app will disconnect. I'm over it. I'll probably sell it and get rid of the app. I would recommend not buying this music machine and just get yourself a hatch. It's so much more convenient and you can adjust the volume.

Please add an option to play your own music on the smart seahorse so I can add a heartbeat,dryer and other stuff and allow longer playing times and add humming music options also can you change the fan sound to a different fan it sounds funny like it's a little off and it's annoying Dev responded 5 star now to wait and see if they use my idea thankyou

We have the Deluxe Soother and it works great. This app is basically useless for controlling it though. When you open the app you get to play the waiting game to see if it will try and connect to the device you are trying to control. Sometimes right away or in 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, you just never know. All it needs is a button to tell it to try and connect and the app would at least be somewhat useful

I got a Smart Connect Soother and the music went out in two months. I called Mattel and they shipped me another one within just a few days and all they asked was that I return the other one. They also sent a postage paid label. Great customer service. Very pleased with the new one so far.

It works great when really close but takes a while to register at further distances. We have an additional item that we can't get connected to the app, and the only way to exit the app is to force stop.

The update has made the app useless. It worked ok beforehand, but since the update, it can't connect to my device, every time I try to update my child's name it crashes, and it has become utterly unusable. If it wasn't for the touch controls on the unit itself, I would have returned this. Bluetooth connectivity was my main reason for purchasing this over the competitors. Now I'm regretting it.

This new update sucks, it won't connect to my phone now at all. The old app worked just fine. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Update, installed latest update and this app still sucks. Will not connect to my phone at all, keeps saying oops, something went wrong. Please delete these updates and give us back the old version that worked just fine. Makes me want to completely return this stupid thing.

Edit 3/4/2020: Another app update has made this app even worse. Used to love this app. I used it for our deluxe soother. We use the sleep stages for naptime and bedtime. I used to turn off all lights on it since my daughter doesn't like them. However, now I can't turn off the lights without exiting sleep stages thanks to the new update. Routine is extremely important, and now my daughter's routine is messed up. If this feature is added back, I would be more than happy to update my review.
