I have used this piece of *$@# for over a year and have had to reinstall it at least once a month due to syncing errors. If given the choice, I would delete it permanently but my employer would naturally quit paying me. Make sure you have the URL of your connecting server handy before uninstalling. Been in the field and done that.

I'm a plumber for a local council contractor and use this app to receive work from our office. The app is beyond slow on even the fastest devices, crashes at least 40 times in a week which is annoying as the office refuse to move from this company. Waste of time, effort and sanity.

Sync issues everyday atleast 20 time. Poeple on the team needs to spend lots of time on field to understand how difficult to use the UI. Choosing date and time, navigating between tabs. Everything needs new design.

The most inadequate software that I have ever been expected to use. Arcane work process that is anti comprehensive at best. Fails to sync accurately on a consistent basis. Constantly having to un install and re install to get it to work. Takes 5 minutes to accomplish what you should be able to do in 30 seconds. PURE JUNK. Microsoft should be ASHAMED.

FSM is garbage. It constantly loses data and I have to re-enter data all the time. That is when it's not crashing or throwing up errors. It's still slow to sync. I see no improvement. The new interface sucks. Oh yay. MS made it! Never mind that explains everything! The server also will go down for days at a time.

Absolute and utter junk. It is always screwing up, and it deletes hours of work even after you save and sink. I'm not sure why anyone in their right mind would use this app. FSM should pay its users for the thousands of hours this app steels from innocent and decent people. I can't explain how horrible this app is, I know dozens of people that have to use it for work, they all have a negative opinion of FSM.

Terrible app that constantly crashes and freezes, will pop-up over other apps on its own. Uses way to much battery for what it does. Loses data. Updates only make it worse and worse.

Always some part that doesn't work. Updates seem to break more than they fix. Really frustrating to use. Incredibly slow and cumbersome.
