Google Play Reviews

I find myself using this app more and more versus others which in my books is a mark of a good product... It does the job, is customisable enough for me and works well at what it does... Some Bugs? Yeah, which app hasn't but nothing critical and all this for free remember...

  2. G Tech-avatar

    G Tech

Dont get it. Why do we need to access another RSS reader (service) to use an RSS reader?? Shouldnt an RSS reader app be able to add (or subscribe to) any RSS feed? The other apps do. Cant recommend this to anyone unfortunately. Uninstalled.

  3. Robert-avatar

Suggestion: Hiding the UI on scroll down and showing it on scroll up is great, but make it so I have to scroll up more than a pixel for it to show. I frequently trigger it accidentally. Love the app!

  4. rolo roam-avatar

    rolo roam

Just one word: Amazing. I don't have any issues as others describe do happy 😊 because the feature I was sold right away is the Text to speech integration. That's the coolest thing to learn other languages now listen and read to RSS. No longer need to do copy and T2S or @Voice because this makes it easier. Donation is justified. Good work.... and also lots of options and configuration. Great on the eyes. Wow. One of best downloads for a long time.

  5. Steven Buttress-avatar

    Steven Buttress

This newsreader has been the best available but has a TERRIBLE record or broken functionality. I have used this app for many years and when it works, there is nothing better. But when it is broken the content is unusable and takes forever to get fixed. The developer is unresponsive when errors are reported, and when replies are made tends to cast blame on others. The problem is that all quoted is omitted, making the content unreadable. UPDATE the developer fixed it, but breaks the app regularly.

  6. Carl Lesto-avatar

    Carl Lesto

Using freshrss, Still having the issue where articles marked read from the web are not being marked read on feedme. Once new articles come in and are unread then feedme considers the old ones read and the new unread. Don't think it's a freshrss issue as I'm not having this problem with readably. If I mark an article read on the web and open readably, it's marked read after the sync is complete as expected.

  7. Abe Stewart-avatar

    Abe Stewart

By far the best RSS reader I've tried since GReader Pro was removed from the app store. There's a few wee issues here and there in terms of UI design and poor explanatory text for some settings, but overall it's a great app.

  8. Monique LeForbes-avatar

    Monique LeForbes

Articles no longer open with the in-built browser since last update, regardless of settings.

  9. howyay-avatar

Probably the best open source rss client for Android by far. Small complaints tho, there is no video thumbnails and no thumbnails at all for card layout

  10. Ian Stansfield-avatar

Latest update broke the opening of articles in external web browser, for me.
