UPDATE: i switched to grab. This lousy app and tone deaf customer service isnt worth it anymore. Goodbye fastgo!! i am disappointed. This app is a disservice to both customers as well as your drivers. U cannot see the address to which u have booked clearly on the screen. U can only see it in the mini map. So far it has been useless. Tried to use yesterday. The app is saying a car is coming but no car was on the screen. Finally went back to Grab to get home. Tried again this morning and now it says app needs to be updated, I click update and that does nothing either. Once again back to Grab to get to work.

that is none of car in it , at the end i go back use Tada so far Tada got car and taxi togther using Flat rate . unlike Go-Jek and FastGo only use car so ,Tada have a bigger Fleet compare to both app .Go-JeK always no enough car to support i switch to use Tada , btw Grab cannot make it too expensive . FastGo my advise as customers i suggest u merge with taxi then u might able to survive in the.market . SG market is different from other country peak hour u do low rate cannot make it .

I have never been able to catch any car even in District 2, I tried to schedule a trip to the airport 1 hour later, the driver accepted it but when I call him at the time. He seem surprised about that.

- Cannot cancel while the app is finding driver. - App is lagged too much - Number of cars available nearby is not correct. I saw many cars around before booking. But when I started booking, all cars disappeared

too lag n freeze the apps, cannot cancel the request trip and no driver around. please do something about it. if not it will be like filo, kerdi. all got case..do roadshow so people will know more. don't just post on Facebook.. not everyone have Facebook

I tried this new riding app to look for a cheaper price but the problem was nobody want's to accept my booking. I don't know if there too far from my location but hey I'm located at the most busiest place in D1. 1 star for now!

First time I booked Fastgo on April, air con was not available. The driver didn't want to turn it on even it's very hot noon. The second time is today 24-May-19. I booked with 500 Tip, I called the driver but he pick up without saying anything, after that he cancelled with the reason is I didn't response to his call. What a liar. 2 time with bad experience is enough for me with Fastgo. Maybe I'm not a lucky guy. Never want to make another wrong call again.

I've unable to use this app. It asks me to "enter a correct phone number," when the in phone number I'm entering is correct.
