After my ride booking, min booking ride requirement increase even though i booked before the terms updated. Contact ryde they say please spend this amount instead blahblah or ignore my email.     ryder paw patrol After I purchased Rydepay credits, I learnt it couldn't be used for Rydetaxi. Ryde would point you to a link which states so. Recently I found $60+ worth of Rydepay credits wiped out and was told that they have a 6-month expiry. Ryde would refer you to another URL that states so. Bigger question is, what's the purpose of having an expiry date for credits? To use an app where I have to read their throngs of pages of conditions, I'd rather uninstall cos I don't know what else I've missed.

    It is a fresh app so I won't give an immediate 5 star rating. Everything seems fine so far. There's definitely room for improvements to be more user friendly but it's still good to begin with. Love the feature whereby you can choose the driver (whom drived you before), thumbs up to that. My best suggestion for now is to come up with a loyalty programme. If there's an initiation for it, I will give a 4 star rating..

    I thought this was a good app and a good competitor to grab and gojek . However , after topping up $100 I learnt that the credits expired after one year . Whilst I'm usually able to spend that sum, I was involved in a serious accident that forced me to be immobile for a long period of time . I had $35 left that expired . I asked customer service for their help and understanding towards this issue and got no sympathy. Very short term thinking by the company

    I use rydex most of the time and the drivers are great, mostly on time but 80% of the time the GPS does not update the riders location and I have to depend on my own prediction from his/her initial location or I have to wait for the driver's msg that he/she's close by or has arrived. Will continue to use but pls fix the issue <3

    Hi, the app is great but your recent updates is screwing up all the locations. It is converting actual building names and locations into full address. E.g. Airport terminal 3 door 2 to "65 boulevard". how will drivers know the location? This is same for all address being keyed in. And actual address get rejected,u need to key in building name and it convert to full address instead.

    I have been logged out of RYDE Driver for more than 1 month! Wrote in to support and reason provided was that my account has been inactive for a long time (which is impossible because I have been using it!). Then support asked for my driver details in order to reactivate my access which I provided. But now more than 1 month, after repeated emails and FB messenger, no further replies and still no access to my account. I have previously made a $100 deposit in there which to this stage I have no access!! I wonder if you are also deliberately locking out other users who have positive credits in their app?! There is no phone no. available to get through to anyone at Ryde. I am going to give this a few days for Ryde to contact me before this is reported to the relevant authorities. Do contact me asap. You should have my contact details from my multiple attempts to get a reply from your support email!

    It's location feature is not great, right add doesnt always pop up. Have to key in pick up/destination every time u switch between the services, v inconvenient. Always take a long time to locate a driver though pricing is much lower than competitors (what's the point when there's no driver). Last keyed in addresses not captured.

    My experience has been generally good. The wait is normally longer, the response sometimes is uncertain -sometimes keeps searching and once while my booking was still pending confirmation, I got a call from a driver asking me where to reach! The app interface is irritating - needs you to update each time, doesn't allow you to book a new ride unless you've rated your previous ride - which is ridiculous! Bottomline - in a hurry, "grab" a cab, if in leisure, get a "ryde"!

    Started with 4.50 ratings, even after 10 rides with all 5stars from drivers, it remains at 4.50. further more, the price of the rydepool has been getting so much more expensive there really isn't a difference between using this and grab, other than grab has more drivers and Ryde takes a long time to get a ride with no other incentives for riders. No points, and same price or more expensive than grab. I really suggest not to use this app, it is disappointing to think that previously it was better than grab for a few months.

    It is really poor app, I like to take cab in singapore, it asked to deposit money and I never ever could take cab even one time. i had tried so many times, too disappointed :(( I sent email to support team wanna to take back deposit amount, it replied email said, they will feedback in few days.     To all ride hailing drivers, by the time you pick and choose or linger around till I cancel, for that 30 min trying to secure you while you wait for peak fares, I would have already been faster via public transport. Your unreliability has resulted in me being faster taking a slow bus with traffic. Why am i paying nearly $20 to be frustrated and later. To be a sustainable app, you need riders but if riders turn away from the app, the less match you get. So pls do not ruin it for the good drivers.

    Ryde was awesome when it first started. Then 9/10 bookings was not accepted. Low driver count? The most annoying thing is the map that couldn't even capture the driver's actual location. Defeats the purpose when it keeps telling me 'your driver is 10-15mins' when it doesn't move or update.

    Error bug in trying to register for Ryde driver. Used FB sign in at first and was repeatedly prompted for mobile number but upon keying in keep showing email already exists. Subsequently went to log out of ryde and wanted to re-login but says mobile and email already exists when I click continue with FB. Pleass improve this, thanks. Very bad experience

    When you ask me "Do not have access to your number? Continue with email instead" but you ask me phone number after I enter email address? The reason I choose email instead of number is because I never receive otp from you phone registration. But this alternative way go back to your phone registration. Logic problem? If you must required phone number then don't ask for continue email instead. By the way, solve the phone registration problem which I can't receive you otp since yesterday.

    - Take too long to get a ride: Sometimes I can wait like 30 minutes before I get a driver? Don't bother with this if you're in a rush. - Messaging function is broken: Sometimes messages don't go through, sometimes you get notifications for messages late, etc.

Mobile number and email address 3. IC Front & IC Back 4. A copy of your bank Account Statement (name and account number clearly stated) 5.     Very bad payment systenm. I set the app to Visa Debit payment and still made me pay in cash. Apparently, drivers have the option to choose to have the payment in cash or credit/debit card. Then, what's the point? Now, the app don't seem to start at all.

    Dont bother to download it. The Support team are unresponsive. If you book a ride by VISA/Master, when no drivers are available, the fare are deducted from your card. Similar bug happen to me twice. With no response from Support.

    Its totally not working well after the latest update. please fix the issue. after the trip is accepted, the app will crash once i click on the accepted trip. i use rdye on a daily basis and would definitely hope that the issue is fixed before my next usage of the app.

    unable to register, have option to login with google or facebook, but still need to obtain OTP via mobile, and will not able to receive OTP via mobile. I have tried with the email sign up, obtained OTP via email and login and yet will go the page where need to get OTP by mobile and will not receive the OTP. I am using U mobile

    Took a handful of rides with this service. Usually long wait to get a ride. Relatively more expensive than gojek and surge as same as Grab. For my last booking, had waited more than 10 mins, car did not move an inch on the map, message to the driver no response either. FinallyI message to driver that I'm going to cancel and waited about 1 min and then cancelled. After the cancellation, driver message me angrily that he is reaching in 1 min.

    Ok ryde sucks. Don't install it my friend. There are nice drivers but the app sucks. To the core. To developer: FIX YOUR FREAKING NOTIFICATION BUG. I don't receive any notification when driver accepts the trip, when the driver arrives and when they message me through the app! It has caused many no shows or I'll show up late due to last min notice! It's affecting my ratings too 😠

    horrible system! Rydepool with 2 totally different directions destinations. from Tampines to Changi airport & Hougang?! I have to go to Hougang then Airport and this stupid system doesn't even show the 1st dropoff for me to have a chance to cancel the trip before I get on the car! Really horrible experience!!!

    No clear economic reasons to use this app versus Grab. Prices of Ryde Pool is almost same as Grab normal car. Grab hitch is always lower than Ryde. So no reason except when hoping for very slightly cheaper fare.

    Lousy booking app! Most of the time cannot get a ride. Gave feedback on a driver who made me wait and ended up cancelling the ride but till to date Ryde has not revert to me on my feedback. Uninstalling Ryde!

    Used to like Ryde, but recently found out that my fares are significantly higher than on my friend's app... (e.g. Per Trip at 8am.. her app showed $17+ but my app stated $22+!!) for the exact same time and pick-up and drop-off points. What a scam.

    If you r late do not take ryde. It will bring ur driver 1 whole big round via gps. If u need now go and take grab better. Gps route is also not accurate n it take longer routes. Slow syncing too and sometimes send msg to driver, driver did not received. The only good thing to me is that it includes ERP in the price.

    Horrible experience with Rydepool Not sure if ride was decided by app or driver, but I took a supposed 25min ride (straight ride across highway) which ended up taking 55mins - which is same/longer than taking public transport. I have NEVER experienced such a delay when taking Uberpool. Driver picked up another passenger who was headed to town, which required traversing through small roads & was entirely out of the way. It took 30mins to reach this destination & an additional 25mins to reach mine from there (a.k.a same as from my house)

    This app is to private transport as what Trump is to politics - an absolute waste of space on my phone. I emailed ages ago asking for help to change the gender in my profile from female to male cos it was wrongly assigned. Do you know how confusing it is for the driver that picks me up to expect a woman and see this dude with with a beard instead trying to get into his/her ride? Good luck making this somewhat decent app work with garbage customer service - you can RYDE into oblivion.

    Annoying daily push notifications even though I disabled it. Rather take more expensive grab. Uninstalled it eventually.

    Rdye App fails to send notifications to paxs on jobs accepted by drivers causing misunderstanding to both paxs and drivers on many occasions. App 'blanked out's option to receive notifications... Please follow up... Thanks

    Selected the wrong type of ride Rydehire and wanted to cancel. App just kept crashing repeatedly when selecting cancel. Causes unnecessary panic
