App needs improvement! I wish the app contained more filtering options by search. For example, you can't filter cars based on features like navigation screen, etc.

Please do not get a car with this company. They will tax you on mileage and Tolls. They are liars. Your better off financing a vehicle then dealing with a company that wants to take all of your money. Please take my advice and have a change of heart before downloading this app.

Things are very complicated with this app. Specially for rideshare partners. Lot of mess and lack of proper communication between the partners. First when you order vehicle it takes 24-48 hrs to get the availability status. If the vehicle is not available again it takes the same time. This happened for me twice. Which is such a waste of time. Adding insurance is the pain in ass. This is where most of the people gets frustrated! I would have given 0 stars if it is possible to wate 0. The 1 star goes to the support team who are helpful 24/7. But things take 24-48 hours again. Update your personal info, it takes more than 3 days. I don't feel like I'm a valued customer here!

Fair is a really bright idea, but even more a bad realization. Service is not responsive. It has a lack of competence - they are asking same questions over and over again and I need to wait at least hours to get a response. When I tried to rent my first car, the app started to display "Uh Oh! There was an unexpected error" everytime I attempt to sign in. Since then I'm not able to do anything, because someone smart had this thought that the app will be the only way to interact with the service.

Great concept! If you're looking for a variable length lease, it's better than long term lease or rental.. We successfully leased a car. It could be a five star experience but not yet... There are some gotchas you need to be aware of.. - the app does not let you sort by distance, so find a car close to you. In my case the car was 100 miles away, that's important as the "3-Day No Risk Return policy" has a 100 mile limit. - It took almost three days to get confirmation of car pick up after being qualified and all agreements were signed. The app stated "you're all set, wait for us to get back to you on pickup". into the second day I had to "chat" multiple times to get a pick up time, on the third day. The chat is not well integrated as they ask you for phone number (or email) and zip each time - It's important to find a car that has the features and actual pictures, our car was as listed but a hard used rental, some damage, one key with four different tires. I asked if I could get another key and the first response ask the dealer, the dealer responded fair bought it that way, asked again and fair said it's "as is" if it has one key that is then "as is".

The monthly price for almost all the vehicles have gone up! For older models (4-5 years plus) at that! What's really blown my mind is how the starting payments for "ALL" the vehicles on the app have shot up 300% - 600%!! RIDICULOUS! The starting payment for a car I was planning to get in my favorites list was $870. I went back less than a week later and it jumped to over $3000! And thats for the minimum starting! This App was supposed to be the future of car buying!? What happened? Smh..

After repeated ads on youtube, I gave it a try. But they ask for personnal information before you can even see the "deals". Suck my C$#&! This way, if they have financial hardship, they'll turn around and sell your information to make some money back. I saw the "deals" they have on a friend's account, and let me tell you... there is no way they are competitive with Leasing or Financing through a traditional dealership. I pay $350 a month to finance a brand new Hyundai Sonata Limited with $3,000 down through a Hyundai dealership. If you want the same type of car (with leather, heated seats, and LCD screen like mine) with this "Fair" app, you're going to get "fairly" raped. Leasing that Sonata, would've cost me $200 a month! But I drive way more than 12,000 miles a year.

Been stuck on the final option to authorize my start payment. A box comes up saying "Something went wrong". It's been two weeks trying to get a car. I should be able to make a payment over the phone with customer service but everything is purely app-based with Fair. Very frustrating. update: issue was fixed and car is now in my possession. honestly the idea of this app os great to be able to lease a car but just be prepared to be patient in the beginning.

David at the Lawndale office was super helpful. 5 stars for him. The thing that troubled me the most was the fact that I had to visit a nearby Green Light Hub to add the rental vehicle because it didn't show up automatically on Uber Driver app after 3 hours or so. Another thing is that the rental car wasn't refueled and had a low fuel warning light on when I picked it up. When I returned the car, it had more fuel than it originally had. So, Fair got some free gas out of my pocket.
