Does just what it says! This app will let you create forms in a list, so that you can use this app to pick a form, create a note, with text reminders to not forget to enter different data that you want. The form will automatically steer the note to your chosen notebook in Evernote, can put a date/time stamp in the body of the text, and apply pre-chosen tags that Evernote will recognize. I knocked 1 star off b/c I can't upload/create notes while on data (wifi only)

I was getting tired of capturing an idea and adding the tag, choosing the notebook, etc and then forgetting the things I'd normally want to capture with the idea. Now the tags, notebook and format is set... I just fill in the blanks and new ideas are stored in the right place no thought or fiddling required.

I would be happier if a pro version were available to eliminate ads. Also, I would love to be able to import/export templates to local storage. Re-creating them when I change phones gets old.

I made an entire master grocery list twice, hitting the save button each time to make sure it saved it and each time it ended up saving only the first couple items. I'm better off just using evernote which saves automatically.

I love this, but a couple of features would make it even easier to use: 1. Provide a way to share forms between devices - perhaps by storing them in Evernote! 2. Provide a notation for where the cursor is placed in the new note. It is currently always in the title, whereas I usually want it to be at the bottom of the note content. I suggest using the circumflex character to show where in the form the cursor should be. Thanks for v. neat app.

Exactly what I was looking for in a template app for Evernote. And it does it very simply and elegantly. I was even able to adjust the date format by doing a little research into Android date usage. For anyone else needing it, this format will give you the day of the month (no leading zero), short month word and year: d LLL yyyy Just make sure it's between the brackets as used in the program so it will trigger. I just click the clock button and change the values inside the brackets.

Since the last update, I haven't been able to connect to evernote. Makes the app worthless. I use it every day, and it is great when it works.
