the map is a little glitchy,or id have given it five stars, it gives you cab location, then jumps around map while tracking cab, going from three mins away to twelve n then back

Worst company ever , your taxi will always be late. I had an urgent appointment this morning at 8am , i booked through the App the night before because i needed to be on time . And still taxi didn't show up , i called them and that guy was so arrogant and rude . Will never use them again and i advice you not to . Plus their price is 50p more for the first than any other company. And their drivers are always talking in the phone while driving.

Driver going wrong way i had to tell him was goi going to go in opposite direction Holmewood instead of east bowling then cut a car up without looking didn't put meter on either. Luckily I do the journey regular so i knew the price.

This app has improved greatly since release. There were all kinds of problems finding addresses, but now I no longer have any issues. I see that a lot of bad reviews refer to the older version and I had a similar experience. I am glad to said that all these problems appear to have been resolved and as a regular customer of Eurocats, I always now use this app to book.
