The mechanics of the game are similar to card games. I don't know why so many of these tile based RPGs are being made lately or which game popularized it, but I'm not a fan. I figured from looking at the display images that it might be this type of game but I installed it with the hopes that maybe it was different or good enough to sell me on this genre, but nope. These games are pretty much all the same boring mechanic with a different coat of paint but at least this one slightly changes up a few things here and there, for better or for worse.

I really enjoy the strategy involved in playing the game. I can see the ads maybe excessive at 30secs a piece but it's worth the resources you get from the chests honestly. While I haven't been playing too long yet, I definitely appreciate not seeing constant offers being thrown at me to purchase specials with real life money. I'll take optional ads over those offers any day. The kamis are cute and diverse which is nice. Overall enjoying the game so far. Will update if things change.

a very well designed strategy game. reason only 4 star instead of 5 is because to progress you must watch ads to upgrade your equipment/magic unless you want to improve them through the free chest every 4 hours(it would take to long to be fun) I believe if there was 1-5 dollar ad removal feature this would be 5 stars Also a suggestion make a shield weapon that does no damage for each tier throughout the story that would reduce all or most damage so x-ray is not so punishing to use.

Cute kami and enemy designs, and the combat is very different, kinda puzzle like. It's a bit weird to get used to, but it is very fun.
