Very Very slow to update. Nothing useful about this tool. "Retirement Gateway" brings you to a blank page. No option(s) to alter investment(s). Calling in to make a change and or get information can be completed before the app loads. If you consider simply being able to view your current balance useful, then the app has some value. Beyond that it's a joke.

App is hot garbage compared to most other apps in a similar category. It looks like it was built in 2005 and has none of the functionality that you would expect from a financial services company the size of Equitable. If I weren't friends with my financial adviser, it would be enough to cause me to go elsewhere.

This app is slow and never has the current amount. My account only shows the day prior not in real time. Also half the time it doesn't log in just the spinning circle!

If this survey was 3 months ago it would be a 4. There was a system update run about 2 months ago and our retirement account value disappeared. I have called Equitable and the account is still active but zero as far as the mobile app is concerned. It used to be very good, now it's not useful.

Too many problems logging in. Have to Uninstall and reinstall ap. Majority of call center reps leave a lot to be desired.
