The app has gotten worse and worse. The version from 2017 to 2019 was far superior. Better graphics, fun activities and skills challenges, and it had the ability to plan out runs like a circuit. This new version is clunky and possibly not even useful enough to have on a device anymore. With as much money people are paying Vail Corp. world wide, it seems like they could produce an app that is as enjoyable as the resorts.

Crashed. Downloaded app...it crashed. Removed and downloaded again. Crashed. Huh?

Going backwards with the features. Too many nice features such as the pins and the race are now disabled for 21/22. Now the app totally lack of fun features. Looks like an app from the early 2000. Also super annoying the frecuency that you have to login. Stop doing that or add a fingerprint feature.

Doesn't have speed tracking. Signing up ( Covid related) that you're going to ski is cumbersome.

Why can I not review my family Stats on my home computer? The app is Kluncky to move through and find information. I would rather have a paper map to sit and discuss with family and friends. Stats is the same situation. A phone app is for personal use. A computer screen can be shared.

I don't understand how people are saying this app is useless. You can see what's open, trail reports and current conditions all in one place. It's easy to navigate, you can pick the resorts that you care about and not have to scroll through places you'll never hit. Who cares that you hit 5k vertical feet and you made it down 3 blue runs today..... just get up there and ride...geez

How is this app at all useful? Anything valuable and meaningful has been scrubbed. No family stats, no fun pins, not even EpicMix pics. While the former versions of the app were glitchy at best, they were useful. Rather than update the best parts, you overhauled the app to be nothing more than an information portal. We can go to website to get most of this stuff. Perhaps Vail should take the time and effort (and a little of the money you collect) to bring back what wasn't broken.

You guys really screwed the pooch with the app this year. This approach to evolutionary architecture and software design was an utterly abysmal failure. Maps work half the time. Needs to download maps randomly, which is useless if you're out of service areas. Login isn't integrated with the app in normal ways, so users need to jump through hoops. Constantly logs you out. Today, whole app is unable to load. No ability to get photos or update tracking of lift errors.

Are you for real with this app? Had to check the calendar thinking it was an april fool's joke. This is beyond pathetic. Dont waste your time or storage space with this piece of trash. Vail, you're a disappointment to us all and clearly dont care nor have any idea what you're doing.
