Lost all with update! I was at level 50 (max) and had only 1 square of land left to develop. My house was the best I have seen in the game. But the last update deleted all my progress. When I logged into the game after the upgrade, I was forced to create a new sim, and everything I had owned and built had disappeared. Very, very disappointing! I used to love this game and had given it 5 stars, but this is too much. I will NOT rebuild and pay money for packs again.

You guys have made the sweet showdown impossible to beat!!Especially when you can only do three challenges a day!! At least the treasure hunt you can win. The Sim festival: 2 times now I've gathered 6000 tickets for a headstart for next season and it didn't apply once season started!Charging more for every single land expansion is also ridiculous! Very aggravating! It also sucks you cannot sell unused items and you have no choice but to just hoard them. In any other Sims game, you can sell them.

This game has done so much for me mentally and emotionally. It used to be my escape as I'm chronically ill. I've been playing for almost 2 years and it feels like the devs have left us over the past year. The latest update "Eerie Autumn" has been the worst one yet. So much has gone wrong with this game that other veteran players and good friends have had enough, and they're quitting. The team doesn't care for their players, all they care about is money. #SaveTheSimsMobile

A few improvements I'd like to see made: #1!! TO SELL INVENTORY Ways to earn more cupcakes & simscash. It's annoying having to watch 10 min worth of ads & you might not even get what you need. New events other than the STS & Wumple's quests. Give us the option to watch ads for cupcakes in the STS challenges, we can watch ads for anything else & at least those help us earn more rewards. Increased interactive gameplay the stories are limited and get boring

Listen to your players thoughts too about the game. Dont be such a selfish developer only create the game based on your preferences. Your preferences are more to stealing our real money. And the stuff from event getting expensive. But sims reward from working and relationship never raised up. What is your logic with this game EA?

Been playing this game for years. Events are repetitive, nothing new here because you're just collecting different items from STS/TH/Free & Premium Packs. Actions made by your sims are lacking, some of bugs and complains reported over year remains unresolved. Paid packs aren't worth it cause it only offers minimal action/animation. Major changes asked by the community from devs and EA still remain unheard

I've been playing this game for awhile. Right before and still after I can't play. It blinks out and closes. This game can be fun but if you don't pay you can't do much. You can only play until you beat everything (if you can afford it) then it's repetitive and boring.

Love this game... but 100% believe after you pay for the festival pass and get the house, you should get the house. Not this one free use them have to pay huge amount of Sim cash to use it again.

I love this game and I've played it for a couple years now, but it's just not as fun anymore. You have to spend real money to do anything and truly enjoy it. There's quests for everything that take too long because you run out of energy which takes forever to get back or you have to spend real money to refill energy. All of the clothes/decor that are actually nice cost real money. It's just not fair, like I'm not spending real money on video game clothes and houses and energy.

This game is in need of a serious revamp in terms of creativity . Developers do not listen to the customers. (their players) We need more playable sims, more interactions, more customizable locations just to name a few. This game has the potential to be so much better. I am extremely disappointed in the developers and this saddens me as I love the franchise so much. Do better. #SavetheSimsMobile
