Not able to log in anymore. I have used the mobile app for years, but now for about 2 weeks I cannot log in anymore. I always get the error message...The mobile app is currently unavailable. Please try again momentarily. This is on an Android phone. My husband has the same error message, even after reinstalling the app.

Completely unusable. I have been trying to get to my account using this app for the past 10 days to no avail. It seems it has so much security now that it's preventing long standing members from logging in. Most of the time it just says the Mobile services are unavailable at this time but, sometimes I get caught up in a captcha loop. It cycles through login > captcha > checking browser > redirecting > captcha > Well, you get the picture. Why does it need to check the browser on the app?

App has run great for a long while now. Maybe a little wonky logging in with touch ID on Android but still 5 stars. Old Review: 8 months later.... Still "Page not found. Retry". I think it's the devs that need to retry. App is useless. Oct. 2019 - Currently only works less than half the time I try to log in. A split second after I see balance screen in get the sad cloud icon and retry message. Revert whatever update you did to cause this please! Unusable in this state.

I don't know if there was a update that is now causing issues of poor maintenance on the app, but for the last month or more I can not use the Mobile app. Anytime I attempt to login I get a too many attempts acct disabled.. ON THE FIRST TRY! And I know my password is entered correct and have set up a finger I'd lock. Both which fail on the first attempt. I've had to rest my password 3 times cause this then effects me using the login for the online URL site. Horrible issue that needs a fix!

Able to check my balance, transfer funds, pay bills and make deposits,without ever leaving home this is very convenient banking as i am disabled and don't live near a branch. I love this app.

I've used this app for YEARS....now all the sudden when I go to open it, it just says error and locks my phone up...wth? Seriously?!?!

version 3.0.0 is by far the worst! I log in and I get a pop up "you need to give permission in order to use this feature". what? I click on settings and it logs me out. what? I log in again and I get the same pop up on every screen. all I do is check my balances. I deny permissions to access my location, photos, and audio etc.
