    Yes the app is back after waiting 3 weeks of it not working. after looking at a lot of the information this past week. don't know if it was yesterday or that just happened today I'm happy I can use the app again cuz it was important Cuz I wouldn't have been able to afford a new phone. My phone is a Motorola G7. I hope the others are able to use the app as well.

    Everything is fine except for mobile deposit. After taking a picture of the front of the check, the image stays there and doesn't allow me to move on so I'm unable to complete a mobile deposit. Currently using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and the latest app update.

    They're always so back logged on entering all of their customers' transactions every day (especially Mondays since NOTHING is posted on weekends). SO even if you make a mobile deposit prior to the cutoff time MONDAY ( theirs is 6pm I made my deposit at 230 central) it is now almost 9 pm central and still NOTHING is posted or available. I read their policy very carefully and it states that as long as a mobile check deposit is made prior to the cut off time $225 will be available if approved. 👎

    This was great until the upgrade. I stopped at NFCU and asked rep to help me view my PDF visa statement. I explained that I could read my USAA statement but NFCU's app said that I needed a PDF reader. That was back in early July and was told NFCU's IT dept was aware of problem and working on it. Fast forward to today 8/12/2021 and app still does not work. Updated app 9/27/2021, and now able to read statement as PDF. Have not tried check scanning feature is why I gave 3 stars.

    Cannot lock and unlock debit cards on app anymore. The worst part is they can't unlock them for me at a branch or call center either. They offered to replace my debit cardS.. so I can now have the inconvenience of updating all of my autopay accounts. Good thing I wasn't out traveling or making purchase in a store, then what?

    Upgraded from an S20FE to a Z Flip 3 and mobile deposits don't work. Seems to be a trend. Also tried the wife's S21 and same issue. Mobile deposits just freeze. Saw issues about this back in April'21 and here it is October and still a problem. Yikes. Not a good look.

    I've been using this app for over a year and honestly I haven't had any issues, I've transacted deposits, withdrawals & international transfers flawlessly, I highly recommend it! 👍🏾👍🏾

    Mobile deposits don't work. I'm using a Pixel 2 with different size checks on a black background. Everytime it says the image isn't readable. Problem has been going on for months. I even went into a branch and they couldn't tell me why.

    Works great! I use Moto phones, and it's always been great. It was missing support for my newest phone so I sent feedback, it was supported a day later.

    I have not been able to log into the app for over a week. As soon as I log in, it brings me right back to the log in screen and tells me it has timed out. Very frustrating NFCU!
