Mobile app is garbage. Won't let me even log in, only useful for getting the notifications to then have to jump on the desktop version, defeating the purpose of a mobile app lol there were far better systems for this that didn't need to be replaced by one that struggles to even let you log in.

This app is really good when it works, but sometimes it just does not work for days on end. It gets stuck on that homepage before the login credentials appear. It's really useful when it does work, with really great features. One thing I would like, is when I request a shift trade with the dept, to show me a confirmation that my trade request went through.

Great idea but its not processing. Keeps saying "timed out, please log in again" when i logged in 10 seconds ago. The schedule will not load for any day during the week and if i select any menu option it give the above error.

Non stop problems. Can't properly manage its own notifications, so if you let them go you have to single handedly erase them all one by one instead of clicking the big X at the top that was clearly meant to wipe them all but does not work. Oh and today I can't even login to it. Couldn't yesterday. An app that does not open is about as useful as wearing an oven mitt to catch bullets.

Works overall fine for checking the schedule but why does it constantly tell me that the time I'm trying to get off as VTO (which still shows as available and green) is in the past when it's not even that time yet? Why is it in half hour chunks rather than the 15 minutes or 5 minutes it used to be using the desktop program?

This app does not work consistently. I enter my credentials and it does not load my schedule. It no longer provides me with notification emails when there is time off available or notifications of schedule changes. It worked okay a few months ago...now there really is no point in using it.

Initially it was challenging using this app and the desktop. Once i understood the functions (where to go to complete my action).. i was in the matrix. 🙂👩💻

Either the app or the whole system can't seem to handle any volume of people using it. It will crash, not load, and/or give constant errors like "Something went wrong" when trying to do something as simple as changing schedule times

Overall good app. Only issue is it only gives you a week at a time. If there was a way to do 2 weeks and/or the ability to see 7 days out at a time. That would make it a 5 star service.
