This app rarely works for me. Tells me that there's an error and give bank a call, then there are maybe a handful of times it actually works. It's very uncertain as to what my issue is, ive uninstalled, and reinstalled, but continues to do the same requardless. I usually end up giving up and using the actual web to look at my accounts. It works fine there. 🙂

Since the May 31 update, this app often does not respond to the keyboard, then totally locks up. I have switched between Google Gboard, and the Microsoft keyboard without success. Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted many times, and the app is inconsistant, failing to respond to the keyboard, then locking up. I have enabled all permissions, and the problem continues. Android 10

The app keeps stopping and I constantly have to keep uninstalling it and re-installing it. This is ridiculous. I have only been able to use it half the time I have had it installed.

Keep getting an error message when opening the app, after several attempts it will finally open. Loan accounts do not have your interest rate, why not? Isn't it important to know your interest rate, and this would be a good way to look it up. The technical difficulties started 2 months ago. Before that I would've gave the app 4 stars, 5 if we can have access to all our loan information such as interest rates 12/30/20 Updated the app with the same annoying messages

I love the convenience of this mobile app and especially the fingerprint login. However, I have yet to have the mobile deposit to work for me! Even if it acts like it accepted my deposit, in two days it says fail which is very frustrating because I now live about 2 hours from the bank so I always end up having to find a share branch to make deposits. Would be a solid 5 stars if the mobile deposit would work for me!!

I love this app it makes my life so much easier when I'm done making a quick transfer in a hurry. I dont always come inside but when I do, the staff is always friendly, easy to work with and covers and all my needs. I am always very pleased with this app and the credit union as a whole. Thank you to the head of staff too, you contributing years of dedication to an excellent financial institution.
