The "redesign" is absolutely HORRIBLE. When I tap to get activity, it takes 2-3 minutes before it shows activity. Also, the alerts I have set up do NOT work. For example, a debit in excess of $1 is to send me a text, but it does NOT. I have had a lot of transactions clear recently and not one alert was sent. The app is almost unusable. First Comm messed up BIG time with this redesign.

I know my password, I even wrote it down when I made it. The app and website keeps telling me it's wrong. And when I clicked "forgot my password" and put in my correct login ID it kept saying wrong password.. like its an ID not a password what the heck.. Now it's saying "an unknown error has occurred."

Only complaint is the sensitivity of swiping right. The menu is activated way to easily from the left. I am constantly getting rid of the menu when I'm just trying to scroll down. If you could adjust that it would be great!

Great app! I love First Commonwealth and have been with them for about 7 years now. I no longer live near their physical locations and I love that I can use the remote deposit feature. I've never had any issues.

The redesign is horrible! I can't figure out how to deposit checks any more and everything takes forever to load! I don't know why they broke something that worked so well.

Was awesome! NEW update and I can't log in here or on website. BEWARE! Customer support doesn't know fix. Says it is a technical issue. Well obviously!!

Garbage, I would give ZERO stars for this new App, credit union was in the stone ages before and still is. Absolutely horrible, time to switch to another bank.

Chat bubble is always in the way when using the app. The app is usable but this is annoying.
