Well at first it was fine . But didn't want to jump the gun because in one way or another a few of the crypto wallets i haded been blaitenly ripped off. Seem the be looking like the whole idea is a sceem at times .zBut this one ( EDGE) Seemed different. But I was Wrong. Went to sign in the pp was gone off my phone . Went through the recovery process and security ?.? Which l deff know the answers to failed to work. I know my sigh inn. But none worked . I used my finger print to sign i.n for most

Been using Edge for over a year now. Hands down best wallet out there. Nothing but good things, super fast, constant updates and support. Only once did I have an issue and it was fixed later in the same day. Keep up the good work devs.

Outdated and expensive... Terrible customer service. They close tickets before an issue is resolved... They do not comply with XRPL standards on reserves needed for a wallet. I recommend "Uphold Wallet" to purchase and trade crypto without any stress. Edge cannot compete with Upholds' superior service.

Great wallet, converts crypto using diffefent sources all within the wallet. Easy to use if you dont want everything very complicated, helps always available, and they also offer good security & specific control ie. Gas fees etc.

Cannot login using PIN. Cloud identity servers no longer respond. Accounts no longer update when coin is added. Wallet seed is not interoperable with other wallets. Cannot send coin. This used to be a decent app. But now it is useless.

I cannot send my bitcoin to another wallet. Whenever i click on send, the page will forcefully close. So Im unable to send my bitcoin to another wallet. This qpp is very stressful for me to use because i cant achieve what i want

Disapointed that the advert say "no problem" to buy with credit/debit card, then find out its through 3rd parties that have their own complexeties and high fees. Also that exchanging token to token would be easy, then find there are minimum token requirements for exchanges. On the upside user support is very quick to help in addressing any issues one may have using the app.

Love this wallet! Everything is clear and easy to understand and do. While 100% secure, it is also easy to understand, which is a nice change! No longer have to research online for hours to understand how to do certain functions, everything is straightforward and concisely presented. Cannot reccomend enough for beginners or veterans!

Why within a minute your fee changes from 0.3$ to 15$??! Damn it. And it always like that. 2 years with you guys and never got profitable exchange what so ever. I might have to start looking for another company that does care about customers.
