Needs an upgrade with interface; loads of people have had issues using it to verify the "IMEI" part & with these new phones you can't copy the # like it says y'all need to find another way to do it.

I've got a damn near 2000 dollar phone, it's offering 50 bucks for it, biggest rip off/waste of time I've ever seen would rate at 0 if I could because the app itself almost never works

6/7 old phones I have can't be looked up via this app. Says I need to go to a store kiosk. What's the point of app then? Very limited number of phones you can look up here. The one phone it did give me a price on... my nearly mint Samsung Galaxy A01 (zero issues, not a scratch on it anywhere, screen protector and case applied right out of the box, very careful with my electronics) it literally offered me $5.00 for it. To compare, I paid $15 for screen protector alone. Waste of time!

It gets to the IMEI part, you do what it says but the app don't do what it says its gonna do, you hit the back button like it says to do and it closes, re-enter app and settings is still pulled up. EcoATM think you need to get your app straight. And get people to your machines more often as well the EcoATM in my Walmart has been down for over a week. Not impressed. 🥸

Once you click on more brand the app shuts down. I've reinstalled, restarted phone, and nothing helps. It's up to the developers to fix this issue then more stats will be added.

Always works, gives a little less than I think done are worth. They get to flip the phone and sell it. But, it's awesome in a crunch when you're in between checks and need to make it one more day for gas, food, ECT...

I went to a kiosk near my house and it offered me $20(which was highway robbery to begin with). The next day I went back to the same kiosk with the same phone and it offered me $5. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND TROUBLE ON THIS. IF POSSIBLE, SELL IT FOR PARTS ON eBay. YOU WILL GET MORE MONEY FOR IT, WITHOUTH A DOUBT.
