App is good but serious problem is unavailability of driver at last moment most of the time. I have suffered several times. In crucial moment never depend on them. By chance you get a driver that depends on your luck. Never depends on them blindly. Always be ready with an alternative

Most of the times their drivers cancel on the last minute, even if you have booked a driver before hand. Now a new excuse has started, if you have made a advance booking and booked the payment through one of the payment option, the driver tells you to cancel that and pay him in cash or he will not turn up. There is no support from DriveU. And you are left without a driver at the required time. Highly unreliable.

Very poor service and very unprofessional. Book for a driver ND wait for hrs together ND only after follow-up the executive says we are trying and then after the scheduled time they revert stating that the drive is not available. Also they don't have an option to get the amount transferred back from.the wallet to individual account.

They should provide the driver details at least 6 hours in advance so that clients can look for alternatives in case their driver cancels on last moment. Also, I have heard from drivers that their payment system and incentives are not efficient resulting in drivers moving out of their platform and cancelling non-cash rides in most cases harassing the customers. Concept is very good and it is required by most of us if they can concentrate on the above issues it would be a very good business.

Worst service. Do not book and rely on them. If you book, you won't be able to reach your destination as they will not provide drivers and they will not even inform you that they will not provide driver. I just want to ask the service provider to take out the website and delete the app from playstore.

Overall experience was very good. Just a suggestion - Support system needs to in synergy with availability/non availabity of drivers around the location of users. Contact no of help desk personnel should be made available to useres alongwith booking id message. App is excellent. Nice experience. My best wishes.

Service needs a lot of improvements. No custom address option available, not all booking details are visible (did I book for SUV or sedan), drivers can cancel last minute causing major delays, poor quality drivers are not removed from the system (I've been assigned 1 star driver before), and app has a lot of miscellaneous bugs. Overall it has potential and is good when it works, but needs a lot of improvements

Pathetic app n service....I had booked driver service 2-3 times well in advance but these guy's failed to provide driver...in last moment I get a sorry message that they could not find driver on my route, when they launch such app at India or Global level they should also ensure they have presence across the demographics

Quick response / feedback by support team thru email / messaging, which is appreciable. To make it more customer friendly, please maintain a dedicated helpline (24/7 phone line) - instead of just a helpline "chat" service. The app is good. However, to avoide confusion, please have a reconfirmation of "timings" in 24 hrs format also (as people might overlook the PM/AM in its current 12 hrs format ( actually that was the case with me when I first booked)
