Has pretty much feature you'd want from an app like this. The sellers are clued up and always offer relevant information, responding quickly to any quieries. Only thing i don't like is that images need to be square when selling, so I have to edit photos of items I've taken to make them into a square to make sure the image doesn't stretch or look distorted. Great app overall, 5/5

I had a horrible experience with this app. I was not able to get pass the verification step it told me to put in my phone number so it could send me a code and it never did. I tried the next day and the same thing happened what's worst is that it says that you can only resend the code twice. Someone please fix this feature I am from the Caribbean and I find this very irritating.

I honestly wish i could rate this app more than just 1 star, but the fees for selling things are AWFUL- i sold 3 books in a bundle for 30$, and after all the fees i made 25$, this doesnt include the shipping im going to have to pay.. i like to give my buyers good discounts on things, and i need my items to sell relatively fast.. its hard to give a discount on things when all the fees are as much as id pay for shipping the items with tracking

just use Poshmark. works fine if you never log out. tried to get into my account after a few months of inactivity and got locked out. it said it sent an email to reset the password, but no such email has ever graced my inbox. and why do they need your birthday and phone number to log in? weird. in summary, save yourself some time and frustration and just use another app.

I downloaded since a lot of my favorite influencers sell their clothing here. I was hoping it would be easy to seek but it's not. I sold an item and chose for my buyer to pay for shipping. When it came down to printing the label, there was a glitch sayin I have to verify my PayPal account which was already verified so I had to pay out of pocket which was $13 so I didn't make any profit. I emailed depop and they haven't responded in a week. Now I have to refund my buyer.Horrible customer service

I have been an active user for a while, depop has randomly removed a top I was selling for incorrect reasons and the automated responses dealing with my complaint on the issue are nothing to do with the complaint raised. The automated systems in place are really rubbish as now because of an incorrect removal of an item my account could be barred.

DONT DOWNLOAD!! I downloaded the app with the sole purpose of selling a pair of shoes, I sold them pretty quickly and the buyer paid $11 for shipping. I went back and forth with Depop AND PayPal for almost a week trying to get the shipping label and never could they just kept blaming each other. Depop kept the $11 for shipping from the buyer and now almost a week later I just paid UPS $30 myself to send these shoes off so the buyer wouldn't think I was scamming her.

The algorithm for suggesting new items under style edit is broken. Now I only get suggested new items from the same one seller, it's bizarre. Depop is too big just to trawl through, so I really relied on the style edit to find things. Disappointing, it's been happening for two weeks now.

App not intuitive its slow for me to upload listings and the settings are not clear. Hard to understand what the symbols are for . Iam now stuck with the worldwide shipping option to allow me to have the free postage to customers show on the listting. Small package postage more expensive than vintted but then i suppose still good as as for as i can see there are no charges but then this thing is not clear or easy to understand so for all i know there could be.

it is impossible for me to log in after being logged out. it wont send an email reset to any of my existing emails and when searching for my account i discovered it doesnt even show up. theres not reason as to why i cant log in besides the fact they refuse to cooperate. i have emailed multiple tiems in the last month and received no responses whatsoever. not to mention their problems with scamming and how horrible their terms of service are. dont use it. thats all i ask.
